Room was not that clean, I feel like the room was just straightened up and did not have fresh sheets or bedspread. Thank goodness I bring my own sheets and pillow covers!!

Breakfast was hot and above average for a hotel breakfast. The front desk young lady with the beautiful fingernails was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Could not get connected to WiFi & in house phone had a terrible buzz sound in the background. No way for me to get on my phone or laptop because of the issue with connecting. The roll down blind was dirty & stained. Carpet in the corners & under beds are not vacuumed or cleaned very good.

This stay was more expensive than what it used to be before we started using Engine. You might want to call and renegotiate rates.

Lots of options. Great Slow elevator, and the door to the elevator opened very slow.

Clean and quiet Would like to have bath mats for inside the tub. Slippery when showering. Would like to have had a choice in breakfast meats instead of just sausage. The omelets and oatmeal were great!

The room was clean (besides a bug in the bathtub), beds were comfy. No issues with housekeeping trying to come in early. It worked for what we needed. The breakfast was very subpar. Warmers were hot but the food itself wasn't. Waffles were good! My biggest issue is safety and standard hotel practice. The guy who checked me in simply asked for a last name and how many nights. No credit card for incidentals (which doesn't affect me), and NO id of any sort. Anyone could walk in and stay with there being zero idenity check. VERY ODD to me. Also he never told me breakfast time, check out time, where elevators were nothing. Just handed me keys and walked off.

Need of remodel bathroom door wouldn’t even close. Worst part was discrepancy in bill very minor. This is second time it’s happened through booking.com both corrected but shouldn’t happen. Facilities blamed it in booking.com!!! However in both cases I received emails from facilities confirming price so not sure what probes is

The Hampton Inn in Pampa deserves an e valiant rating! From check-in to room cleanliness and amenities to breakfast, it is one of the best for the price! Clean, friendly, easy access—all are a win and worth a repeat stay!

Our first room stunk so bad, someone had smoked in it. But, the girl at the front desk immediately moved us. Our stay was great! The room was comfortable and clean!
