Room was heavily smoked filled. Filthy, torn curtains, stained curtains, moldy air conditioner, chair was stained, toilet area was not clean and holes in the wall. Shower handle had to be pulled and wiggled hard, a tip the front desk guy told me about at check in. He also stated that "at least you are not by the guest that is a heavy pot smoker"! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I ask for the manager and was told "He is out of town"

Missing mini fridge and had to take cold showers

Room was clean. Everyday housekeeping was nice. Breakfast was on time and as expected. I would stay at this hotel again. Older property, not perfect, but the price reflected that ($300 less than HIEx and RInn for the week), property and room was clean.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable, and great breakfast. Friendly staff. A few areas of ceiling paint peeling.

Just a couple of nit picky things..when I entered and flipped the light switch, it did not turn on any lights. There was not a floor towel for exiting the shower. The water handle turns right for cold water and left for hot water...not a way to have both at once. I went to grab breakfast and my room was being cleaned before I had checked out. I was sent upstairs to an ice machine, but it wasn't even hooked up. I did find a working one down stairs. Nothing horrible. Breakfast was great. The young lady checking me in last night was new, but did a great job and was very nice.

It was sufficient

We had issues with our shower faucet

Shopping areas all around.

It didn’t have bed bugs Before the handle to the shower broke off in my hand, it was lukewarm. We were moved to another room and it smelled of smoke (nonsmoking room). Moved to another room and the shower had toenail clippings. Door knob on first room was installed wrong, making it not safe.

Heater in room blew cold air. It's winter.....I requested 2 extra blankets for my adult daughter and I was given 1...we shared.. but seriously, its beginning of winter and we would have appreciated a warm room.

Front desk staff was incredibly hard to get ahold of. I was waiting in the lobby for a while and the woman finally came out after I called the phone number to get someone’s attention. There are bugs everywhere in the lobby which is where they also serve breakfast. Rooms were clean and restocked each day.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I have a level of expectation for a Best Western hotel, and this ain't it! I didn't realize when booking that all rooms are outside, and you have to walk up poorly lit stairs to get to your room. The lobby and room itself smelled so strongly of gross disinfectant, yet still seemed dirty. I immediately got a headache. The bedspead on the bed had an obvious cigarette burn in it. The door didn't close itself all the way unless pushed on until you heard a click. As a female traveling alone, I felt very unsafe. One bonus was that the front desk was friendly and kind, and I believe when she saw that I was alone, she upgraded my room so that at least I was not at the back of the hotel. Still - it felt dirty and unsafe. I looked for security cameras in stairwell and walkway and didn't see any. Also, be sure to bring a blanket because the linens are paper-thin. Only had a sheet and very thin (damaged) bedspread. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this place is NOT your typical BW. Solo travelers - spend more $$ and choose a safer option! Thank you to the kind front desk agent though, who clearly tried to get me the safest room possible.
