Tv didn’t work, our beds and bathroom was dirty, the pool and hot tub are still down, the shower head is corroded over, the water was either ice cold or scolding hot in the shower, no coffee at breakfast. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 months that I have stayed at this property. Everytime the pool and hot tub are closed due to maintenance and there is no coffee at breakfast. It has been clean but this time it was not. My opinion is, it has gotten too pricey for the property’s condition. The ac in the room works great! My last two stays weren’t bad but this stay was not the best due to how dirty our room and bathroom were.

Clean room

Location Mold under the wall paper on the second floor, needs updated and the cleaning staff needs to clean better. There were two used q tips in the trash can of a room we just checked in to. No drink vending machine, ice machine was leaking. I could go on and on

However, the room clearly needed maintenance, especially the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was broken, so the roll was left on the bathroom countertop. The toilet tank looked tilted backward and seemed loose or improperly positioned. The shower area showed visible moisture damage, with peeling paint, swollen areas on the wall, and worn or separated trim. The shower diverter also did not work properly; water kept coming out of both the bathtub faucet and the showerhead, which made the shower pressure weak. The lampshades were very worn, with small tears or holes, making the room look neglected. For a higher-quality Holiday Inn, the condition of this room was disappointing. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom and fixtures need serious maintenance and updating.

It was a nice clean and quiet place to stay

Pool and hot tub were out of service. Ice maker on second floor was out of service. Room above me sounded like they were running and jumping most of the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Since we ordered the room on Orbitz, we did not know until we got there. The pool was not working. You go to Texas you expect to have a pool. When I asked him about it, "well you saw that on the website" is what I was told. They got into our room. The TV was not working. I travel around the world and around the country and I have never been in a hotel that did not have room darkening blinds that could close. This room had only shears that close and there were lots of lights shining in from outside. Went to breakfast Saturday morning there was nothing left and the person filling up Breakfast was very slow.. We were in a time crunch and had no time to wait. In just about about every hotel I visit, I feel welcome, I did not feel welcome there. It's almost like an imposition to even be there. The TV went out a second time while we were in the room. We went to Pampa for a graduation and we had planned to hang out in the pool during the weekend and we could not. My nephew and his family lives there and I plan to visit more often.. Both needs at the top sink form and I did not sleep well at all.. I will never stay there again..
