I had a terrible experience

We did have a small situation with our room first night, but they moved us due to maintenance would be a little while to get to it. They were so nice and friendly, clean and quiet.

It just wasn’t what I expected..

Rooms needed better cleaning and the cigarette ashes on the balcony needed cleaned up but other than that it was great.

The ac unit leaked in the floor the whole time. The bathroom door didn’t shut because it had a lot of water damage on the bottom. The seal around the bottom of the toilet was nonexistent so every time you sat down your heart sank thinking you were about to tip the toilet over. Although my room came with a stove so we could cook, dinnerware was limited. There weren’t any bowls in the room so we ate from the coffee mugs they provided us. Also no spoons or cooking utensils. All of this could cheaply be purchased at the store. I just feel like it should be provided but that could just be me. The room definitely needed finished updating but it’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I actually think I’ll stay at this hotel again when I come back.

It’s just a place to sleep! Nothing extra or even nice. Things were broken in the room and no one around to help or get anything you need. Was really let down!

Very rundown hotel needing some TLC. None of the outdoor showers worked for rinsing off after the beach which was very disappointing. Room wasn’t clean when we arrived for our stay and the hallways and stairwells weren’t maintained well either. Did have great AC and was a great location. The staff was helpful as well.

Our room had so many cockroaches that we lost count! Got there and the maintenance man was in our room calking the shower after they just told us we could check in. Then roaches was crawling literally all underneath our beds and one was inside my child’s crock! NEVER would recommend to anyone! The photos are not even what the room looks like in real life and it was definitely not what we expected! The pool area was the only thing nice about the place.

We loved our stay. The room was very clean and the AC was very cold. Our stay was an amazing value. We had a beachfront room with a kitchen and for the price we paid it could not have been any better! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and we will be back!

We had a blast, we were there for a wedding the hotel was very accommodating for early check in at no extra cost! Very clean rooms, always available to help highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay if you’re really strapped on cash and wanna be on the beach. It was definitely too grungy for my taste. The bathroom tile had cracks and the toilet was running all night. The bathroom needs a serious updating. The view is beautiful.

We spent around 2½ hours going back and forth between the hotel and Expedia trying to get the situation resolved. We were initially told the reservation was non-refundable, despite the condition of the room and the security issue. The hotel offered two free drink tickets, which did not address the problems. We ultimately had to leave and drive home the same day. After THREE days of repeatedly calling and going back and forth, we finally received a refund for the hotel, which we appreciate. However, that refund did not cover the approximately $300 we spent on gas or the roughly 13 hours of driving involved in getting there and having to turn around and go home. We also lost the entire day and trip we had planned. Things can go wrong, but the combination of the security issue, cleanliness problems, and difficulty getting the situation resolved was unacceptable.

There was no iron in the room there should be a phone to call front desk instead of having to walk to the office when needing anything

It's a 2.5/3.0 stars facility...not fancy ..Just a average facility.. it serves it's purpose based on total price i paid and area it's location.

Everything i expected !

My family and I were very disappointed with this hotel. First off when we walked in the room it had a bad odor. I’m guessing it was the stove. The bathroom smelled like urine and was not clean. There was trash behind the beds from previous guest. The room was filthy!! The pictures online made the rooms looked so good!!!! But in person it did not look that good. There were people hanging outside of the rooms like it was a club! We left immediately.

The room we stayed in was clean, however it was very dated. For the price of the room and the amount of days we stayed it was not bad. Also who goes to the beach and stays in the room. For the amount of time we spent in the room it was ok.
