Clean room, helpful staff when needed, 2 steps from the beach!! Bed was not the sleep number that I am used to sleeping on at home, but was comfortable enough!! Can beat this hotel if you are wanting beach access with clean rooms. It is an older beach front hotel so it isn’t a fancy place but it is great for the price and the beach!!!

Rooms are a little dated but it was clean and the bed slept great. Just wish there was a broom and dust pan available to keep up with the sand. Only other down side was the ones next door to us smoking pot, we didn't want to smell that crap while trying to relax!

Our check in process was great and the staff were very friendly. She heard us talking about being on our honeymoon and offered us a complimentary drink from the Tiki bar. We were also able to switch out rooms so we had a patio no problem. The rooms were clean and tidy. Our room was on the first floor so we just walked straight into the beach. They do provide free laundry for guests, however half of the machines did not work properly, so that was one downfall and the other is there is no elevator, all stairs so if you need and elevator this is not the hotel for you. We had a great week there and will definitely stay there again. 8/10

This is really a great place to stay. It was my first time there and we had a really great time. It’s an older motel but we had no issues with anything and the staff is amazing. I will stay again next year but for longer than 5 days.

The room was dirty. They didn’t have the room we booked. Over all not happy.

Overall things could be better but a lot of rooms were under rehab but u r right on the beach

This property is very old and we only needed a overnight stay so the bed was the main need and surprisingly it was PERFECT!

The location is fantastic, and allowed us to have a walk out room on the beach for an affordable price. The team members I interacted with were all very pleasant. We stayed Monday- Friday- our room was never cleaned once while we stayed (was clean on arrival). With a walk out to the beach room, we lived in sand and it was frustrating. We requested fresh towels daily, it never happened unless we went to the desk and asked directly. There was no phone in the room, and when you call from a cell, no one ever answers the call at the desk. Small things like clogged drain and outlets that didn’t work. The outdoor showers didn’t work to rinse sand off before coming into the room. The property itself could use some basic maintenance, but that isn’t a big deal for me.

Good views unless you find that most of the room is actually pool view with some gulf view.

The room was and had everything we needed. The room got very hot as it seemed the air conditioner couldn’t keep up so I would HIGHLY suggest bring your own fans if you can’t sleep with it hot. The view that came with our room was beautiful. We got a room with the small kitchen and it was perfect for what we needed. You get housekeeping every three days or upon request, however they never came for us even after requesting them on the fourth day. We eventually put our bags of trash outside our door to be picked up. If the sand in the room bothers you then bring your own broom and dust pan. 1.50 at dollar tree so not a problem at all for us. Our three kids brought in more sand than you’d imagine so having the option to sweep up as needed was nice. There is a guest laundry we didn’t know about until leaving that your room key will give you access to. In the kitchen you get forks, spoons, glass bowls, plates, mugs, plastic cups, pots and pans. They also give you a small bottle of dish soap. The pool was good but watch your little close as it does go to eight foot. We would certainly stay here again and have no huge complaints at all.

The hotel bedrooms are okay. The problem is that the sandy beach area was flooded, and the beds and roach-filled rooms were not good but the beach is very nice

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!!! Never book that place unless you wanna experience ppl rolling up weed in the walkway and not being able to park on the property because they allow BOATS to take up 5 spaces at a time also if you want to deal with dirty toilets that’s not cleaned and dirty sheets clogged drains last minute deposits…. To top it off I NEVER seen security at all…. JUST SAY NO

Beach view awesome

View of the beach was good. There wasn't a door on bedroom separating it from living area and kitchenette. For the price it is worth it. If you are looking for a five star hotel you will be disappointed. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay
