Love the stay!

My family and I loved it! I mainly got it because of the breakfast reviews and they were not lying!

Everything about this property is Excellent. The staff were so pleasant and willing to assist with a smile. The front desk team were amazing . Hats of the their leader Austin!! The pool side bar tender made us feel right at home . And the grill guy .... Yummm!! Will stay here again, The best stay I've had in Panama City.

My room was hot and I couldn’t change the temperature to make it any cooler. My stay was ok not worth the amount I paid for it.

Great place

The best thing about the breakfast was coffee. The lobby is located a couple floors up from the pool and that was an inconvenience, compared to other hotels like Holiday Inn Express where complimentary drinks are close to the pool. The hotel also doesn't provide floats for the wave pool. The family room that I booked was not available so we had somewhat of a downgrade with smaller beds but did have ocean view so I did not make a fuss. Using the key on the elevator was also a pain. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which for me is the most important thing. Having a better breakfast would have helped my family tremendously. I had to go elsewhere 3 out of the 4 days that we stayed, making it more difficult to do other things that we had planned.

Great decor, modern furnishings.

I was there with my kids and we had a fantastic experience staying here! My kids loved the pool and the location is great. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and we are so glad we stayed here. We will definitely be back!

The only thing that I don’t like is that they never clean the room and change towels in the room.😔

Paid $400 a night just to pay for parking on top of it. Check in took almost an hour. Waiting for an elevator took 20 minutes every time you push the button. Breakfast was like a Black Friday back in the early 2000s. Could be a really nice place.

This property was very filthy and unsanitary. Pillows had stains, the curtain looked like someone had grabbed it with dirty hands, there were bugs under bed, and the staff was very rude, inconsiderate, and didn't meet our needs. Dont book here from my experience.

This was a great hotel and we had a very nice experience! We loved the view from the 10th floor balcony on the Gulf and really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The elevators do get very busy in the mornings which was a bit frustrating as we ended up taking the stairs several times.

Elevator system was awful.

I had an AWESOME experience at this hotel. My favorite was being on the ocean and the beautiful pool. Austin at the front desk provided the best customer service that I've encountered. The waffles with the strawberry compote was my favorite at breakfast. I will be back to this hotel again.

Si me gustaria que por lo menos entraran a limpiar las habitaciones… nunca nos sacaron la basura del cuarto. Tuvimos que sacarla nosotros al Pasillo y fue la unica forma . Sugieron que servicio de elevadores sea mas eficiente . Tardan Horasssssss
