Our stay was generally good for most part. But the the fact that we had mold in the shower curtain area was not good, and the fact that it sometimes takes like 10 minutes just to be able to get up or down the elevator was very disappointing. Also the breakfast menu did not change within the entire 9 days that we were there! You need to pay for parking and the cabana’s and the umbrellas etc. They need to take more care of their guests since we’re already paying a lot just to stay at their hotel. Breakfast staff were amazing, front desk weren’t really welcoming. Oh and one more positive is that their pizza is good in the downstairs restaurant.

Check in was terrible. Instructions from Expedia didn't work. Staff wasn't helpful. Room shows its age. Not a good value for off season. TV was not user friendly. Remote didn't work well. Not many channels. Lighting in room was not good.

Wishing for Bacon & Biscuits non Monday! Disappointed. More carb friendly foods. You set it up for Fat people and those that care less about themselves or what they eat. You promote obesity and an a little fruit is not the answer.

Location “Suites” especially with upgrades were basic hotel rooms. Essentially no housekeeping. We had a dead very large moth like insect outside our door for 3 days. VERY expensive beach umbrellas/chairs because there was really only one service you could use.
