Friendly staff, clean facilities, activities for kids. Time share presentation was supposed to be 90 mins but ended up being 2 1/2 - 3 hours, couldn’t get away when answer was no.

We really enjoyed the hotel’s location. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel was quite difficult to navigate. We parked on the 5th floor of the parking garage, then had to take an elevator down to the 3rd floor, walk through the lobby, and take another elevator. There were several different elevators and quite a lot of walking between them, which was especially inconvenient with two children and luggage. I was also very disappointed that our room was not ready when we arrived. We were traveling with two children after a long drive, and about 30 minutes before arrival, we received a message saying there might be a delay because of housekeeping issues. I replied that we were traveling with children and would really appreciate it if the room could be ready on time. When we arrived, we were told that the room was still not ready. We were given the option to leave our luggage, wait in the lobby, or go somewhere to eat. When I asked how much longer we would have to wait, the front desk employee said she had no idea. Even when I asked for an approximate timeframe — whether it would be 30 minutes or possibly two hours — she could not give me any estimate. After a long drive with two tired children, not knowing whether you’ll be waiting for 30 minutes or several hours is extremely frustrating. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but there should at least be some reasonable communication and an estimated timeframe for guests. It is also frustrating that hotels often charge guests for checking out even 30 minutes late, while delays in having a room ready after the official check-in time are treated as acceptable because of staffing issues.

It was great. The hotel being on the beach was great. There is a lot to do at this location. We love it here. Timeshare people won’t take NO for an answer!

Beautiful view from the balcony and all around the building We loved everything about our stay. We will definitely be back soon and recommend to others as well!!

All was clean and very well set up from arrival to departure, help is everywhere at the tap of your phone. Only thing I had trouble with were the grills didnt get hot enough but just finished in our room.the whole place was great and staff so helpful and caring for your needs. Will be back next year. 🙂
