There was no hot water, mold in the rooms. No balcony chairs or hair dryer.

We stayed there one night before our 1 week stay at a nice house. This place is in dire need of renovation. Bed is lopsided and cheap polyester sheets. It was very loud from very early morning and like others said smelled terrible of weed smoking. The only positive thing about this place is it’s location
-
I wanna start off with the there’s only one thing to say about it gross, the lamps had rust all over them, everything was outdated the beds were old and so worn when you lay on them you would sink to one side the only positive of this place was the easy access to the beach

Is ok for the price

Staff were very rude. Pool was disgusting. Our room was not well cleaned, floors were covered in sand. We only had 2 towels and 2 rags, when my reservation said 3 kids and 2 adults. The staff did not want to switch out our towels. I will not be returning here. Parking was an absolute nightmare, sharkys and the hotel parking needs to be separated.

The property was old, as most are. But, property was clean, the proximity to beach was SO CLOSE, seriously, we were door to sand in less than 60 seconds. If I HAD to complain, I guess I could have used a hair dryer in the room. This is a no frills place. But affordable, clean and close to beach. Maybe not good for a family wanting to cook and stay a week..... but perfect for a girls trip where we just want to beach it for a few days.

It could’ve been better. Beautiful view
-
Roaches all around my room, bed needs to be replaced

It is beachfront and convenient to a couple of restaurants and some shops. Parking is HORRIFIC. Sharky’s guests take up the entire hotel lot. It was not very clean, the microwave was filthy and the floors were not clean (sand is one thing, but the floors were so bad we had to wear shoes while in the room.). The AC despite being on, barely worked and no one was ever at the office. The office was closed daily and we had to walk to their sister property 1/4 mile away.

When I got there it was nowhere to park, the elevator was very hot it got stuck on 1st had to use the stairs, the room had no table just one chair a desk chair, the next morning I forgot my toothbrush they had none, one chair on balcony which I had a guest with me ,no breakfast not even bread ,i paid alot for this suppose to b suit ,3 towels one wash towel the housekeeper didn't leave any,I didn't even see a housekeeper the stay was very poor I won't be back are tell any of my friends!!!!for $560 dollars the only thing that was good was the beach view I really need some of my money back!!!!!!
-
The property is quite old or poorly maintained as there is horrible staining/ water damage to the roof/
-
Hotel definitely needs some upgrades and a makeover. The sheets were clean and it had beach access.
-
Good room and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit dated but it's an affordable room on the beach! I have no complaints. Pleasant stay. We even got a free sunset cruise ticket and free kids meal at sharkeys. It was quicker and easier to get to the beach than the 400/night room I book last time.
-
Location Not enough parking due to people eating at shark’s restaurant
-
Elevator was a bit scary would not open so we went up and down , my room key was a joke went 4 times back and forth to the office till someone else came to help don’t like to park 2 blocks away from my room and pot was terrible next door to me but the beds were nice
-
Only stayed for a day so didn’t need much, it was pretty good for the price but I wouldn’t recommend for people who don’t wanna park across the road and walk. The little parking lot they have is a warzone due to shared parking with sharkys.
-
The location and beach view is excellent, the beds are very outdated, the room was nice but not the cleanest and the ceiling sweated a lot. We had an excellent stay and overall the room was ok for the price.

Genial gracias
-
It wasn’t clean the floor was disgusting it’s not as described the painting on the walls weren’t straight the floors you can have water on the and the towels would be black
-
Good for the price room was a little dirty had spots on the walls just needs some tlc but the pool was good and you could walk right out to the beach super close to pier park
