I would not book this property again very unclean Dirty fridge beds were horrible curtains were stained and yellow floors filthy

the location is the best.

I liked it was on the beach and had access for us to use and the fact we was able to walk to the restaurant next door I hate that the parking is shared with a restaurant and makes it almost impossible to park and there are a good of cosmetic stuff that should be fixed and house keeping should be held to a little higher standard especially if they ask you if you need anything

The room that was assigned to us had holes in the floor and smelled like cigarettes. We could not even stay the night there

Nothing Everything!! Wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. The hotel room was absolutely disgusting, there was mold on the ceiling, no hot water and smelled like sewage

Pros: right on the beach! Cons: where to start? Room was dirty! Hair in the shower, hair in the towels, musty smell in the drawers. The pool area smelled like sewage. One of the beds felt like it was broken. I was traveling solo but if I had been with a lady we wouldn’t have stayed. I had a room on the ground level that backs up to the beach. You can walk out the back patio but are not able to lock the door. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying extra for that room. I stayed at the last part of September which meant less crowds. This hotel advertises a “private beach” but they share access with the high rise hotel across the street. I imagine when it’s high season the beach is packed. I won’t be back to this place. Many other better options.

Passable

1. The bathroom and balcony gate is not closed properly. 2. No trash can in bathroom and even after requesting with hotel staff they did not keep. 3. Book for 2 nights and next day morning we told to change sheets and clean the room but no one came and clean after returning in the evening we found as - is. 4. Appliance is not in good condition. 5. There is strain on the sofa. 6. The room is not worth of $5 per night as well. 7. Very very bad experience, I am not going to recommend anyone for this hotel. Please do not book this hotel.

The rooms were run down, the rooms connected with a screw keeping the other room from getting into yours. The beds and furniture were disgusting. The couch was stained found stuff in my bed so I didn’t sleep in it. I checked out early and moved to a different location

The tv didn’t work, no hair dryer, no free ice machine. But for the price it was ok just a bit inconvenient.

Perfect small hotel right on the beach. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony was soul connecting. But the best thing here, by far, was the staff. Everyone I came into contact with, even just sharing the elevator, was friendly, helpful, and in a truly good mood. But there was one lady at the front desk who shined above the rest. I'm terrible with names but I think her name was Crystal. She was so personable, so helpful and radiated with a sense of true care and love of others. I saw her handle a bit of a sold out check-in Saturday afternoon that would have unnerved most anyone. Not this lady. She consistently worked thru the rush with patience, kindness, and true felt compassion. What a gift and a blessing she was/is. Thank you to the property, the staff, and to Crystal for an unforgettable experience. And if you are her boss, she deserves a raise.

Our family loved it. The staff makes it even better and they have became family. The lady at the front desk even played with our kids she was amazing when we checked in on Saturday morning and we even ended staying longer than we thought and she helped us out getting another night. We will definitely be back in a few weeks. Our room was clean and loved the view. We have nothing bad to say about the place.

The hotel was very nasty and the room smelled like mold... There was something all over the floor and air conditioning unit. The staff tried their best to keep it clean but the folks they rented to were just nasty and loud. I am a local here and will never go back not to mention no parking! The girl at the front desk was absolutely amazing ❤️

Nothing they had bed bugs. We left a couple hours after. With full refund Bed Bugs. Floors were dirty. It was nasty.
