Good for the price room was a little dirty had spots on the walls just needs some tlc but the pool was good and you could walk right out to the beach super close to pier park

Bad parking / tv in room didn't work good / outdated room

Beds are broken. Doors and rooms have sign of black mold and severe water damage. There is no parking unless you park 2 blocks away.

Love this place. Beach view , and between sharkeys and senior frogs. The best of all 3 worlds in one. I will be returning next year for the 3rd year in a row.

Hotel was horrible, filthy, had black mold everywhere. I have multiple pictures. The floors weren’t mopped, or swept. Appeared room was never cleaned. My daughter and I both are severely sick with cough, nasal congestion. Our room was changed second room was way worse. We didn’t arrive until 1 a.m. when I seen the second room was in worse condition I didn’t bother to switch. I slept zero hours. Due to be worried about my child wheezing. I would rate no stars of it was an option. I was able to leave the property now I have to wait and see if they will refund me. Roaches were trailing the walls I have pictures also of that. I burnt everything we took bc besides we both are sick from black mold, we both have bites and doctor said it was bed bugs bites. I feel between doctor bills, medications, bed bug bites, a refund is the very least they can do. They really should reimburse me for doctor visits, medications, missed time at work, and my daughter not able not to attend school bc of the nasty bites.

The only thing good about out this visit was the location to walk to the beach. The staff at the front were terrible, extremely disrespectful and didn’t care about the care of the customers. The lack of empathy was super frustrating. The parking is a joke, you have to park across the street in front of another hotel… and you have to pay for more than 1 parking space so keep that in mind. As soon as we got to Florida we went and checked in to see when we could check in and they said 4. Why does it take 6 hours to clean a room that isn’t clean? I’m not sure. The pool was okay, very slippery, I watched several people slip and fall. Once we got into the room after being told the earliest we could get in was 4, then continued to wait, the beds were box springs not even a mattress. There were smears of who knows what across the wall. The tv didn’t work hardly, and we had to go ask for a remote. The shower floods the bathroom floors. There was dirt all along the trim of the walls. The floors were obviously water damaged and coming up from the flooring itself. I requested a refund and was denied. Because they can’t come forward and accept that there hotel is a joke.

Check in was easy. We got there before check in time and they allowed us to check in a hour early. Staff was really nice and helpful. Parking was a disaster. They share parking with Sharky’s restaurant and over flow parking is a block away. On Friday and Saturday night there was very few parking spots in the overflow parking and none in the main parking lot. The room floor was dirty and slick. The room needs to be updated light fixtures were rusted. The balcony door locks wouldn’t all work the only one that worked was a latch on the top. The balcony door was also hard to open and close. Friday night when we came in from the beach our room smelled strong of marijuana (so bad we got headaches).

I have stayed in lots of cheap, dirty motels over the years. This is the worst. Mold, stained disgusting couch, floor was horrible, horrid smell, cockroaches. the only thing going for it was the direct beach access. The parking lot shares spaces with the most popular restaurant in the area which means zero parking with the option of parking a 1/4 mile away in a satellite parking lot which is across the busiest street in the area. I talked myself into it because of the location, what a mistake. How this can be rated what it is, is beyond me. Will never stay again.

Great staff and motel. Parking a little issue but not a huge ordeal. Can park in extra lot. In the evening people park in lot for resteraunt next to it.. So recommend walking and leaving your vehicle parked in lot by motel if possible.

Mold , sheets was nasty , tub was nasty .a water leak . No hot water to shower . No chairs on balcony

The staff were the only good things going for this property.

We had room on bottom floor with nice beach view. Hotel is older fairly well kept. We were happy with a reasonable price for a base camp for 4 days. No complaints and room was better than expected.,would book again. No room cleaning but towels and coffee available at font desk. Parking is sparse. I was offered money for my space.

Parking is terrible,room was dirty,sofa was ripped & dirty,no tv remote,sound didn't work on tv,smoke alarm was beeping,we went to office & they gave us a battery for it.Beds are worn out

We got to our room the door was broke wouldn't lock, the ac didn't work, the beds where sunk in, in the middle and the blankets where like covering up with a sheet of paper. The fridge was leaking an the room was disgusting. We stayed one night of the 5 days we scheduled to stay an checked out to go to the Hampton which was comparable in price an much much better.

We enjoyed our time here. I loved staying on the ground floor and my kids were able to access the beach and pool easily.

Strong smell when entering the room. Some plug ins would not work..
