Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

The staff was very rude. We checked into our room and noticed the lock on the door didn’t work. We asked to move to another room and they said no they would send maintenance up to fix it. We were tired after traveling 7 hours and just wanted to rest in the room. Maintenance finally came up and after 45 mins realized they couldn’t fix it and we finally moved to another room. The next day the water was shut off from 10am until 5:30pm for a scheduled outage. A beach hotel with no shower or toilets all day is not fun. When we checked out, I asked for a receipt just to verify the amount and they said they were unable to provide me with one so I asked can they just verify the final cost and they said no you would have to go through the third-party you booked the hotel with. The staff was very rude. We will never stay there again.

Well it was the cheapest in PCB, with balcony. I totally see why the water was shutoff for some kind of repair on Thursday, but no worries they had two 5 gallons home depot buckets full of water at the elevators to flush your toilets. The doors to the room didn't close properly neither did balcony door. Pool was disgusting along with hot tub. All and all pay more and get better.

The water was shut off for one of the days that we were there. They put up signs saying the water would be shut off from 10am to 4pm. Water didn’t come back on until 5:30pm. And after that the water pressure was terrible.

It’s definitely an older hotel. The bed skirt was ripped in 2 places which I don’t care about, but little things could be updated to make it look better. Balcony was fabulous.

The hotel was run down and had roaches inside and outside on the balcony. We were there only 15 mins and decided we could not stay there. The balcony was not usable not only because the a/c unit was blowing extremely hot air but anytime we stepped out there were more roaches. We left the next morning and couldn't even complete our stay.

We loved the balcony and the accessibility to the beach. Housekeeping brought us linens and towels when we requested. However, during our stay the water was off completely for 8 hours! Really inconvenient when you have children to clean up after and sand everywhere. The coffee in the lobby was *usually* full.

The staff was great. They were always friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, we had plumbing issues the entire week stay. They tried fixing it but it continued to mess up shortly after. We loved the short walk to the beach and balcony view but the price was not worth the stay.

This place was NASTY

Staff and location was awesome. Near Pier Park and other attractions.

This location is an excellent steal, the hotel a new build with friendly staff and great customer service. I would highly recommend to family and friends. The beach is across the street and its absolutely beautiful.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay, the view from the balcony is awesome. The room was nice and clean and spacious..

I was disappointed with the condition of the pool area during my stay. The pool area was not clean or well maintained, which took away from the overall experience. A cleaner and better-maintained pool would make a big difference for guests. I hope the hotel addresses this issue so future visitors can enjoy the amenities.

We have not stayed here in about 13 years but since we had a good experience before we chose to stay again. Well this experience was not at all the best. Needs some upgrades and the beds are the worst beds we have ever laid on. Needless to say we will not be back.

View was good as well as pool and hot tub

Loved the beach view from the balcony! And having our own private access right from the hotel basement!

I stayed at this hotel last year on the 4th floor. Everything was great - staff very friendly & caring - the room was good. I took my family to the hotel this year - the room was on the 8th floor. We couldn’t close the bedroom door - one of the bed was too long and it didn’t have room to close. Above the shower had mold. Several places in the shower had mold at the corner of the shower. In one of the corner in the bathroom - paint / the ceiling was breaking down. Mold spot in the bedroom. The shower outside to rinse off from the beach didnt work well. There were 5 of us - on day one we only had 2 towels in the bathroom. We asked for more but they were being washed and we had to wait hours to get them. But the staff was great!! The staff tried to be very helpful - our room was ready early and they let us check in - that was great and we were good to go out on the beach early!! Several times the staff saw us and asked if we needed anything. We have been going to Panama City Beach for over 25 years - we have try many hotel. I don’t think I will go back to this hotel. We didn’t ask to change room - that’s our fault but we shouldn’t have deal with all this.

Beautiful efficient condo with a unique layout (built in bunks) for the kids. Stunning view from the balcony and minutes, literally walking distance, away from some of the best food. Staff was very polite.
