Beach front was the only positive! This hotel had a problem with giving their guests towels! They would come and take them and not replace them! We had to go to the desk several times before they would get towels to us which was very bad when you come in from the beach and want to shower! The management could care less the staff could have cared less! They had towels in a back closet behind the desk and would not give them to you! It was insane I’ve never had such a time getting towels to shower! The pool was dirty and very dated. I couldn’t smell any chlorine in the pool! The parking is terrible as well!!! If you do t smoke weed don’t stay here that’s all you smell! I wouldn’t stay here or recommend this hotel! They also do not service your room other than to take dirty towels so sand piles up everyday!

Poor customer service, never any pool towels available, had to request for housekeeping to clean room and they barely did anything. There was no dishwashing liquid available and housekeeping left dishes in sink after “cleaning”. Very stingy with towels. I noticed a huge bug my last night there and was scared to sleep. They charge a resort fee but there’s no amenities outside of the basics; small pool and rundown “gym” closet. Property in need of major upgrades. No smart TVs to stream shows. Luckily I love the beach, great beach view and access to beach.

The staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating, which I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. The floors were visibly dirty, and the shower/bathroom design caused water to spread onto the bathroom floor and toward the hallway and bedroom. We ended up using all of our large towels to clean up the water. The elevators were slow and made strange noises, and the shower also made loud noises while running. I also didn’t feel completely comfortable with the balcony door being in the living room, and parking was limited. Overall, the staff was great, but the cleanliness, maintenance, bathroom setup, and parking definitely need some attention.

It was our first time in Panama City Beach, and really go to say it is a beautiful beach. This hotel is right beach front which is SUPER convenient. It is true that the hallways and balcony could be in better shape, but the rooms were great and clean, super roomy and with all the ameneties, the bathroom and kitchen were great, it has a living room, and the view is absolutely AMAZING and all worth it. Would definetly stay there again.

The rooms were amazing, clean and lots of room. The staff were also amazing from the check in through the stay and at check out!!! The only negatives is a big one…. The elevators were horrible the entire time.. lots of complaints from vacationers. And of course you already know… the parking.

My room wasn’t serviced and I checked in on a Saturday and left on a Tuesday. We took out our own trash and asked several times for towels before receiving them. Also we weren’t told about the discount for eating at the barefoot restaurant until our stay was over. Our bathroom and shower wasn’t as clean and sanitary as it could have been. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay because of the view of the ocean and beach ofc.

The balcony view was awesome. The rooms were very big. You didn't have to worry about dogs barking. I don't think dogs are allowed. It was a very peaceful trip. Will go again. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The bed was the worst I've ever tried to sleep on hard as a rock.

We would never stay at this place again. It needs major cleaning and a lot of maintenance. Everyone we spoke to had complaints about the hotel.
