Excellent views from the oceanfront balconies. Very clean, and the staff was super friendly. I came to visit family and they were welcome to hang out with me on the property. My experience was excellent and I will stay there again.

They are doing renovations to update the property. The hot tub dial was not working and only 2 of the jets worked. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will be back again!

My girlfriend & I (both 'young' 70-yr-olds) really enjoyed our stay with you. The efficiency & courtesy of the front desk staff, the friendliness of the bartender (& excellent mixed drinks), the fantastic flatbread we ordered from room service ... all terrific! Yes, the breakfast downstairs was excellent. Well done!

It was a great stay all around, however I do think the room could have been a little cleaner there were a lot of scuffs and marks on the walls and stains on the carpet, but all around Steve was pretty good.

As I walked into the hotel to check in. I waited for like 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Kelly, was great at check in. She placed me on the 9th floor which was great. It went downhill once I got into the room. Don’t get me wrong, I love the smell of bleach. But the aroma of it was extremely strong in the room until it started to make my head hurt. I went to the bathroom and noticed a lot of mold. In the shower, on the walls, and in other places. I took my items out and immediately went back to the desk. Kelly then moved me to the 5th floor. This room was better, but the toilet paper was used from someone else. The washcloths looked so outdated until the string was hanging out of it. I was surprised it was in the room. The rooms definitely need a lot of updating. The hotel has potential, but it just felt icky. Even the carpet in the room felt so nasty. But again Kelly was great!
