Rooms are so small. it was 4th of july weekend so we paid over $500 a night and still paid $70 in parking? it’s the cost of doing business, wanna charge for parking? add a valet guy. Couldn’t figure out the hot water. Room service never turned down our rooms all 3 nights. First night, kids were in the pool with their dad and i’m in the room super sick on antibiotics finally knocked myself out on cold meds and get woken up to someone banging on the door saying “maintenance “ accusing us of spitting off the balcony. I’m sure their hallways have cameras and could clearly see all the kids exiting the room. no apology or explanation as to why i was disturbed, so i have to assume it was just the fact that we traveled with three kids. Front desk guy was all by himself Sunday basically the whole day so good luck trying to get help from them. Just all around not worth all of the money. More of a $100/night hotel. Especially considering we never had our room cleaned or linens replaced without having to ask multiple times.

Hampton has always been a great hotel for our family. This on is directly on Panama City Beach. We were there as a last minute idea for the July 4th weekend. Pricey but worth it. The fireworks were just steps outside from the pool. No need to go anywhere. Which was perfect as traffic was backed up for hours. Staff here is great. No issues with noise. A really nice stay for all ages. Highly recommend

Said it was right on the beach I did not like the dirtiness of the sheets on the bed and the bathroom in the floor. The room was not cleaned before we got there. They put us close to the pool. It was very loud with little kids. it was not very relaxing. Breakfast was OK but completely packed with people that acted like animals that never ate before. Would’ve been a nicer place if they would’ve put us up on a high up floor away from everybody else and had my room been cleaned I would’ve been a better satisfied.

Pros: Balcony was great and ocean view was awesome. Access to the beach and pool when it was open was very nice. Breakfast was on point everyday and the food staff was amazing.

My overall trip was excellent! My only issue was a slow draining tub, which was addressed immediately. It would be easy to make this location my go to at Panama City Beach!
