Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Beachfront

definitely need more lounge chairs with umbrellas it was really hot to lay out there most people were out there on the the entire day.. the food was good but lord when it got crowded you couldn’t Hardley get in it. And the parking is what gets me 21$ a day?! Like you have to park somewhere and as expensive as it was just to stay there she had been included.. it wasn’t bad but it was nice the rooms were decent beds could be better they were hard.

The room was a bit rundown and the bathroom had mildew smell. Staff was great. Room view was excellent.

The photographer should win a award. This place was very dated and not kept up. The trash cans were black spots the mirrors had black stuff on them. The balcony door has mold. The downstairs bathroom had wallpaper peeling. The washer had mold on the opening inside the door. Someone came one day and asked if we needed anything, I had to ask for toilet paper and ask for towels 3 of the 4 days. The beach towels super cheap and the balcony was on the side of the hotel. Would never stay here again. Everything was rusty and old

I like it, it was great experience. The only problem is that , staff was not clening behind the desk, left some dirty things like used condoms from previous guests.

We stay at this location each time we visit Panama City. The parking garage is very convenient for us. The staff has been friendly and helpful and it is perfectly located on the beach for us.

The chairs in the dining area were extremely worn and needed to have been replaced. The hot tub was not hot at all. This was a hot mess of a hotel.

*side not the front desk lady was very apologetic for every complaint and seemed to be over worked and short staffed.

Estuve ahí por dos noches la verdad dejó mucho que desear las fotografías y la realidad fue otra creo que le hace falta renovar todo el hotel en general la vista fue lo único bueno que puedo decir que estuvo linda de ahí en más nada. Me fui Decepcionado.

Bien sentrico,limpio la playa espectacular, a la verdad la pasamos muy bien y los niños se divirtieron mucho!

The lady at check-in was terrible, but I was thankful for the young man who checked me in and made me feel welcomed. The lady seemed annoyed that she had to be there and wasn't very nice. Breakfast was awful, and we didn’t even eat.

The young man at our check in also when we checked out seemed to have an attitude. I casually asked if he needed my email address to send my receipt and he snoop said “you should have already received one”. Maybe I did but his attitude was very condescending

4 days and not one day house keeping showed up to clean the room, talked to the night manager she pretty much said i was lying, had to check pictures from housekeepers because they did a light refresh and the next daybi talked with the front desk person and i told them that we paid for a service and never gotten his response was thas just a freebie they do it out of kind not a responsibility of the hotel you only paying for the room wow

Location. Helpful & friendly staff.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Bar had excellent food and one of the best bloody marys that we ever had. Beach was just steps away. Highly recommend. We will be back again.

My fav place to stay

We had an amazing stay, the pictures doesn't always show what you're going to get and my significant other was a little disappointed but other than that it was a very clean hotel.

The staff, both at check-in and check-out, was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room could've been cleaner. Especially the bathroom. There was hair on the counter, the floors and in the shower of the bathroom. I attributed it to maybe being hurried because we asked about an earlier check-in. Maybe trying to turn over the room to get us in got some things overlooked. Other than that we enjoyed the location and its proximity to everything we needed.

Shopping amazing. Checking in was a nightmare

I booked a stay and Becky and the management staff denied my refund, even though I wasn’t even allowed to use the hotel that I booked not knowing that the check-in we’re 21 and they were extremely rude and had zero customer service and treated me very poorly
