Microwave didn't work, toilet was broken, what very few pots & pans thatvwere provided needed to have been thrown away a long time ago. We had one coffee cup.

The room itself was fine. The elevator was out for our whole stay. They charged you to park at their facility daily which was not good. The pool was fine but the hot tub was not working at all. The location and view of the Gulf was the best part of my stay Overall I didn’t like this place.

That is it right on the beach 2 pools. Nice view. Nice front desk service. I didn't like that the air conditioner . It was a little hot. The air was not blowing good. The pool closes at 10. Some people stay up later and want to get in the pool. The elevator wasnt working.

Dear Hotel Management, Now that my family and I have returned home and had time to reflect on our recent stay, I wanted to share several serious concerns regarding our experience. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable family vacation was overshadowed by numerous issues that fell well below the standards we expected. Upon arrival, after I had already completed payment, I was informed that the elevators were out of service and that our room required climbing three flights of stairs. While staying at the hotel, I learned from multiple guests that they had received discounts or accommodations due to this inconvenience. However, no such offer was ever made to me or my family. Additionally, during the three days we were there, I never observed any maintenance work being performed on the elevators. Once we entered our room, the air conditioning seemed to be working properly, but the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. I chose not to address these concerns during our vacation because I wanted to focus on helping my family enjoy our time together, but the condition of the room cannot be overlooked. Some of the issues we encountered included: Mold present in the bathroom. Dirty and poorly maintained carpets. A ceiling fan that did not work. A dining/sitting area that appeared to be left unfinished during a renovation, with cracked ceilings and exposed unfinished areas. A balcony door that was extremely difficult to open. An air conditioning unit that leaked water onto the balcony. A pull-out couch that was heavily stained, visibly worn out, and in such poor condition that my family refused to sit or sleep on it. Even my 7-year-old granddaughter commented on how dirty and unpleasant it looked. While my granddaughter and I did enjoy visiting the beach bar, we were unable to order one of the featured menu items, a smash burger, because the grill was not operational at the time. We were also surprised to find very few tables or umbrellas near the pool area. This made it difficult for families to enjoy a meal or take a break from the sun comfortably. Thankfully, I had brought my own umbrella. The most concerning experience occurred during our second night. Around 9:30 PM, my family, including my 7-year-old granddaughter and 2-year-old grandson, went to the beach to look for crabs. At approximately 10:30 PM, we returned to the beach access gate only to find ourselves locked out of the property. There was no visible sign indicating the gate would be locked at 10:00 PM, no security personnel present, and no one answered when I called the front desk. We were stranded outside the property with two young children for approximately 20 minutes before another guest agreed to assist us by going to the front desk on our behalf. We were eventually told that we would need to walk all the way around the property to regain access. This created a significant hardship, especially considering the late hour, the fact that we had two exhausted young children with us, and the additional three flights of stairs we were required to climb due to the elevators being out of service. To make matters worse, shortly afterward my son observed a security guard yelling at a woman near the pool area, accusing her of jumping the gate. We had seen this same woman outside while we were locked out, and she was also stating that no one had answered her calls for assistance. This suggests our experience was not an isolated incident. I have been visiting Panama City Beach for my entire life and have stayed at your property in the past. Previous experiences are the reason I felt comfortable bringing my family to your hotel. Unfortunately, this stay was the most disappointing lodging experience
