The Flamingo Hotel and Tower

This affordable place is amazing especially if you’d like to save money to be able to have more to spend on going out I wish we would have seen this one sooner we ended up buying an extra night and couldn’t stay at the one we were originally at so we chose this one there an ocean view from the balcony there is two pools a hot tub a tiki bar by pool the staff was very helpful there’s a stove and oven in room if we’d have known about this hotel we’d have stayed here the whole time instead of one night and instead of paying the high prices we did at the other one!

I like the room but a bit small, the hot water was none and my room got flooded it out. Staff was amazing and helped get us moved to another room. The staff in the office was nice and helpful.The hotel just needs a little upkeep. I like the oldest of it , but it does need a little upkeep.

Just a terrible stay. Rooms needed updated.

Then the rest, the room we had was in desprated need to be updated and repaired. The paint was in poor shape as well as holes in the plaster, cabinet doors barely hanging on, and the most strange thing. The toilet is piped into the hot water???? The kitchen is not stocked with basic cooking items so my advice is to pack like you are going camping if you plan to cook.There is not an ice machine available, but you can buy ice from the office for $6.00 a small bag. Laundry is across the street, I cannot comment on it because I was unable to get it to unlock with the key I had to sign out from the office. The price on Hotels.com is not what you will pay. For us after fees added it was a $300 difference. In summary, not a bad experience for the price. We may come back but better aware of what we will be facing.

Sofa bed was very dirty and so was refrigerator, room had smoking smell and in general was not maintained. They switched me to a different room which was bit more cleaner however sofa bed was still dirty. Just didn't like the higene of the place.

The room was a different story. The beds in our room were excellent but it sort of stops there. The dead roach hiding under the plunger was not inviting and was only found because the toilet was clogged upon arrival. The other roach running across the floor during our stay was not a good thing. We were in a bungalow at beach level but obviously, a different room may be perfectly acceptable and not have any of the issues described.

Room was clean and the view was amazing. The location is great but we stayed during the weekend so the main road was busy and loud at times. Still, I would stay here again.

The Minga bar has friendly staff, delicious drinks, and the best smash burgers. The Tower has a great ocean view/balcony. The motel is older. Some mold in bathroom ceiling. The location and view is what it's about! 2 pools and direct beach access. Affordable. I would return.

Look while making arrangements to stay by looking at small photos, or reading reviews is really rough. But I am here to help you on staying here. Its clean, no bugs or trash. The entire staff from front desk to the two men helping us with towels and dont forget the Tiki Bar were exceptional. They knew we were exhausted from the drive, allowed us to check in early. The building is old so give it a break. The door to our room was so heavy it made us feel safe. The beds were so comfy and the showers were amazing, water was clean and crisp and our hair loved it! The morning coffee is even better than Dunkin. We will be back. Loved it. And you will too!

It was okay the bathroom could definitely use better cleaning the floors was very sandy which I guess to be expected with the beach but it was like that on our arrival we had booked with hotel and my husband had to leave for work a day early when hotel got in touch with them about refunding our night they did so thankful for that

Our room had a fair amount of space, but everything aside from being old and dated was dirty. Soaked carpet, and mold in the bathroom were the worst of it

We ask them for a do not disturb sign because we have 2 dogs. They said, they don't have any but would put it in the computer. Went off all day the next day and luckily we took the dogs with us, because they came in our room!!! Our dogs would have ran out and been gone!! It's just an older building that has not been kept up. Just run down. Only good part was it was cheaper than most hotels in PBC. YOU GETVWHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Todos Los años viajo con mi familia y a sido una experiencia mala la abitacion estaba súper sucio las sábanas manchadas como pipi el baño un hueco en la pared el techo todo manchado el piso de la cocina súper manchado y sucio y no me quede y pedí mi dinero para atrás es el peor hotel y un olor tan mal 😡😡😡😡😡

Great Location ! We had Issues with Internet but overall it was a good Vacation!

It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Pier Park and a quick 5-minute walk to a solid breakfast diner, which made mornings easy. We really appreciated the outdoor hose for washing sand off our feet before heading back inside. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and our room (bed and kitchen) was clean and comfortable throughout the stay. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable beachfront stay. Would recommend!

Clean room, awesome staff and convenient to Wal Mart, restaurants and shopping.

Pros: people were very nice, the outdoor bar was great, and the beach access was excellent. Cons: property is very old and dated; no private balcony; cockroaches in room and common areas.

Air sounded like a jet engine, sheetrock tape falling from ceiling, tub leaked and slow to drain. Walk ways around rooms were filthy.

No Air Was In The Second Bed Room And The Room Had Roaches And The Beach Front View Was Nothing But Sand in front of the Room That Was Not Maintained At All Zero Out Of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND
