Beautful suite with ocean view 9th floor. spacious balcony to soak it all in. Awesome pool with a lazy river and the ability to take a walk on the beach when you get bored of the pool. Beautful white sandy beach huddled in the Florid panhandle. I'll be back

We arrived an hour before check in. Instead, of taking my suitcases and making us feel welcome. The staff turned us away telling us they were not ready for us. The guy at the front desk was miserable and rude. We don’t expect to pay all this money and you disrespecting us. He said, he will text us when they are ready. We went to eat came back and this is when we met Ruby he was very nice. He told us how sorry he was and we told him how disappointed we were with this Hyatt already and we just got there. We told them we were there to celebrate my husband big accomplishment and getting his Doctorate. We requested ahead of time that they put us on the second floor because of my husband fear of heights they ignored us in put us on the 4th floor. We could enjoy our stay because my husband was so scared to go out. We hate going to breakfast, there’s not enough chairs to sit down. There’s not enough chairs to sit by the pool. Parking across the street was a problem for me who just had a knee replacement we could tell making your guests feel welcome is not a priority in this Hyatt Hotel and it is sad. We only met two nice people during our stay Ruby and Willam. That is so sad! I will not go back!!!

Beautiful modern hotel. I love that the pool has a DJ and lights up different colors at night and has a bar right next to it. The breakfast was good and the rooms are very nice.

For the price the room is one of the smaller Hyatt rooms we have stayed in. It’s its 2 people your great but with kids it’s gets smaller by the second. Breakfast was okay but things go quick and when it gets to being your turn majority of items are gone. Parking is $20 a day in addition to taxes with limited parking spaces. If they could do anything more it would be to add a few more microwaves since a lot of people are heating up food. The restaurant inside is great and if I could do anything different I would avoid going out and just eat here since the quality and service is great.
