Hyatt Place Panama City Beach

The room was clean but the bed was hard and uncomfortable The food was average at best The pool area was not kept clean and picked up The staff were nice and helpful

The staff were amazing.

When first arriving, we were put into the wrong room. We then had to transfer all of our belongings to the correct room. Staff who put us in the wrong room stated to management that she “didn’t do that” but I watched her write the room number on the key card. Had to get 2 different sets of key cards during our 3 day visit because they wouldn’t work. They missed a lot of key points when checking us in as well. We will find somewhere else to stay next time.

Hotel and amenities were great, just like last year. But, they made changes to their parking and beach chair policies, you now have to pay separately for both instead of being included in your room price...as a "resort fee". But, with these changes removed from the room cost, there was no noticeable change in the room price. This Hotel had become our preferred choice but due to these new billing policies, we will explore other options next year

We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Place Panama City Beach – Beachfront! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, relaxing, and perfect for a family vacation. The location is beautiful, the beach is gorgeous, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. But what we loved the most was simply being able to spend quality time together as a family and create beautiful memories in such a special place. ❤️ The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was exactly the kind of getaway we needed! We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax, enjoy the beach, and make unforgettable family memories. 🌊🏖️

Breakfast, accomadating staff, clean! We stayed here last year and was sad that we had to pay for parking and the beach chairs, when these were included last time.

The hotel was very clean and new They need to update their website.Beach chairs are not free or included.They are $60dollars a day, parking for 3 days was $70 dollars

Breakfast and friendly staff I can't justify the price of the hotel now that beach chairs, umbrellas, and parking aren't included in the price. Nice hotel, but so are others in the area that are nice and more affordable with the same beautiful views. This will probably be our last stay after 5 years as yearly guests.

El Hotel me gustó mucho, la piscina muy buena y el acceso a la playa maravilloso, el desayuno bastante bueno y variado para ser incluido, solo no me gustó la limpieza de la habitación, las sábanas y colchas olían horrible a viejo o sucio como si hiciera meses no se lavaran y al recibir la habitación el piso lucía sucio igual.

The pool and the lazy river is so much fun !! Love the location and close proximity to beach. Ocean front rooms were amazing!!

We went downstairs to ask for a different room, and the staff apologized and moved us to another room. However, when we entered the new room, the toilet seat looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. It was very disappointing and concerning to have cleanliness issues in both rooms, especially immediately after checking in. I expected much better from this property.

As always the location and beauty of the hotel is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful when im there and I appreciate that. I don't like the fact that you changed the parking policy and I didnt know it. We've been staying here for the last 4yrs and have never had to pay to park until now. Breakfast is slowly going down hill. Beach chairs aren't included in the hotel stay anymore. I just wish I had known up front that these would be extra costs when they used to be Included. Bath towels were so full of hair that I had several hairs stuck to my skin that were already on the towel when I began drying off Eeekkk!!! These are the things that put a damper on my trip. Plus people bringing their dogs on the beach barking is annoying. Wish there was a way to keep dogs off the beach.

Everything from start to finish was a 10 out of 10. I knew I was in the right place just from the view walking in. The staff was super nice and helpful. The proximity to the beach. The view from my room (oceanview on the 8th floor). The size of the room. The breakfast options. The 24 hr starbucks. So close to shopping center. Walmart, Target, Barnes and Noble. I could go on. Lol. This will be the only hotel I'll ever stay at when I visit PCB again That my stay wasn't longer
