The breakfast was great, the beach was awesome and location is wonderful. Best part everyone made you feel like you are great The room service wasn’t great there four day and no one ever came and cleaned or made the beds, or exchange towels. Was a little disappointed in that.

Very clean with friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfast. I LOVED this stay although I may not stay here again simply due to the parking situation. I didn't like having to walk all the way to the parking garage Everytime we wanted to leave the hotel. The room itself was nice but wish there was a microwave in it or some way to cook/heat up food.

Great location, comfy beds, loved the pools and awesome breakfast! Had to pay for parking, had to pay for beach chairs, and was told animals only stay on the 3rd-4th but that was inaccurate. We saw and heard dogs on our 6th floor. The balcony floor was dirty from our room also. Needs cleaning

We will definitely stay there again. So clean, breakfast was great, views were amazing. Lazy river has an awesome current. Right on the beach.

Pool, ocean, breakfast Parking, parking price, have to put a $200 deposit on account, dogs everywhere barking, ice machine barely works, refrigerator too small, no microwave in rooms, having to walk across road to obtain your vehicle, not enough carts to unload and load your car, $60 for chairs and umbrellas

The location, the cleanliness, the pool area, the breakfast and the easy beach access Towels could be changed more frequently, like every other day. But you will get fresh ones if you need them and ask for them

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Room was large and comfortable, and view was amazing Second year staying here: Value plunged, even though prices went up quite a bit. Last year, free chairs on beach - this year charged $60 a day. Also lost live music at Coconut Charlies for dinner, and quality of food went down while prices went up. Cheaper and better to eat out.

Paying for parking, did not understand why guest should pay for services, the hotel should get a contract with the company.
