Room was not what we reserved They could not accommodate due to flooding and ac issues they would not do anything for us We left and enjoyed a extra day elsewhere Refund was supposed to happen we are still waiting 5days later

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast is very good and pool is wonderful! Easy beach access as well. Just need more bigger carts for luggage and bags to cart to your room.

This is a great hotel right off the strip and right on the beach. The pool is large. Parking is not at the hotel, but it is walking distance, so you will need to drop off your bags and then park. Walking distance to food and shopping.

Overall, I would stay here again but I would be better prepared with chairs and an umbrella.

We absolutely loved it and easy access to the beach the pool was nice food was good they cleaned our room when we needed it and anything we needed like extra towels they brung right up to us

The staff was amazing, they had a wide variety of breakfast and beverage optionsc and the room was amazing with an outstanding view of the ocean

Only complaint was the AC in the room was not the best and there are no microwaves in the rooms you have to go to the lobby

Parking across the street is $20.day. Our gulf side room with 2 queen beds, a sofa and balcony was very comfortable with a nice walk in shower. The water was hot, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the beds were not too high. Our son’s family wanted a bath tub room for their baby and the only rooms with bathtubs are handicap rooms on the inland side. There are no handicap rooms on the gulf side. The hotel has 11 floors not counting the pool floor. Last but not least, we found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Hyatt was above expectations. Awesome service and amenities. The pool and lazy river was partly covered from the sun which was great. The complementary breakfast was excellent and the best I have experienced from a hotel. Safety was great! My family and myself had a wonderful time and I will select to stay there again.
