Great location beds where comfortable at this location was clean Property was clean but bath tub paint was coming off it

I love it here been staying for years

Once we arrived to the room, we realized quickly that the pictures did not match the actual condition of the room. It smelled strongly of mold. It was dirty. The bathtub was gross and rusty. The backdoor leading to the beach was locked with a key. You would have to leave your back door unlocked if you left out of it.the condition of the entire room was unacceptable. We decided we were not going to spend a night there. Felt like a trap house. Managers would not speak to me and I was only able to speak with an employee behind the desk. She stated I would only be charged for one of the three nights I reserved. I accepted because I should have known better with the AI generated photos on Expedia. I have yet received a refund from expedia for the other two nights. Last minute we had to find another hotel to stay at. Since we did not receive a refund for the other night, I will never be using expedia again.

Location was great Everything. The air didn’t work which made everything in the room wet from humidity. The floors were soaked and the walls were saturated. The curtains had mold/mildew. The bed smelled like it had been slept in by someone who also didn’t get air conditioning. We did not sleep in the covers and went and bought blankets to sleep on top of them. There was sand everywhere in the room. I tried to tell the front desk about it but she dismissed me by telling me to write a review on booking because she didn’t want to deal with me. No wash cloths, two towels, the conditioner was watered down to literally nothing substantial. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Loved the beach near hotel.

Building was older but room was clean and well kept. The bathroom roof was only 7 feet which taller people might have an Issue if staying on the first floor. Staff was really great, and took care of everything. Room is right on the beach and is steps from the beach which was really nice and convenient. Also within walking distance of good bars and restaurants. Will stay there again.

The issues are not their fault. Whoever owns this place are clearly cutting spending on maintenance and it’s evident. And management, please do not pretend to be concerned about this comment because you’re not. If you were concerned, I would never have felt the need to waste my time writing this. Collective maintenance neglect does not reveal itself overnight. I won’t be back.

The location was great, that's the only good thing I could say. Very dirty, roaches, leak in the ceiling, overall everything was nasty.

It appeared to be some kind of substance on the table/bar like area. There was also something white on the couch/loveseat. Other than that all appeared and seemed good.

It was on the beach. The room was disgusting upon arrival. Hair everywhere, shower and sink were not cleaned, coffee maker was dirty, sheet was dirty, mold on the couch, leaking air conditioner, body wash and conditioner were empty.

The property was in a good location. Right on the beach & right in the middle of town, you can walk everywhere. The rooms where outdated & look nothing like the photos.the floors had cracks throughout them. The room was loaded with ants & a dead roach. The ac in the rooms barely works. When you enter the rooms its smells like mold & mildew. The doors also don't seal properly

The rooms aren’t clean and it was old hair in the tub. The floor was so gritty from dirt that was there before. Towels are stained and it need upgrades.
