Proximity to the beach Dirty around the building, outdated

Hotel look so bad we left and didn’t even stay there

Air conditioning wasn’t cooling as good the shower had a low water pressure the patio door is rusty the room doesn’t look like the picture

We enjoyed our stay. I wish they had full size refrigerators.

Location We went to designated areas to smoke yet people were smoking so much weed off the balconies you couldn’t breathe. We were respectful of others and they should have required them to respect all the families and children there.

This place was filthy

I liked the price and the location. I didn't like that there wasn't a comforter on the bed and that the shower curtain didn't keep the water inside the shower.

Updated pictures and the room should atleast look similar to the pictures posted Poorly managed pool light was broke room wasn’t as advertised

Balcony was small, but the view was awesome.

Beautiful views from our 4th floor room. Lots of room in our room. Awesome shower. Water pressure was great. Went down and asked for sheets for the sleeper sofa. They were delivered fast. It is an old motel but we will definitely stay there again. Be prepared to park across the street if you leave to go out at night.

The toliets kept backing up..had to call maintenance and had to find towels both days .other than that the stay was enjoyable

2 stars… only bc the staff made it bearable. The room was disgusting upon arrival, floors were black with dirt and full of sand, mold in the shower, mini-fridge was leaking from the freezer into the fridge so that caused issues with our food and the sink was clogged. Thankfully we made the staff aware and most of it was “fixed” as quickly as possible. We’ve stayed here 3 times now and it’s never been this horrible. We will never stay here again. This place needs a total deep cleaning and overhaul.

It was decent I can’t really complain. It was a great price at the time for a beach front stay.

The location was great. The views can’t be beat. The parking was a hassle, if you’re not lucky enough to get a parking space on the property then you have to park across a very busy road. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool

I like how the staff was nice and they tried to make it right some I didn't like how the carpet was wet when we got our room. I almost fell from it. I didn't like how check in was a 4 and a lot of the guests room wasn't ready. I didn't like how the room smelled like mold.

Rooms are out of date someone stole our things out side our door. But it was an ok stay. Pool closes at dusk which kids was disappointed in that. Will continue to stay in Pensacola from now on
