Seahaven Beach Hotel

Nice location! Great for a quick weekend trip! The front desk staff was all very nice! We stayed Thursday through Sunday. We don’t feel like we’re very needy but room service on one of the days would’ve been nice. We put the sign on the door to ask for room service but we were looked over. Not a deal breaker. We’d stay there again.

Property was as described. View was gorgeous!!! Property could use an update, as the elevator was a bit rough and the hand carts were unmanageable. However, the view was absolutely amazing from our room. I would stay there again! 4 out of 5 stars

Fantastic! Needs some updating. Also more shade poolside. Could use some deep clean, paint and new fencing. Poolside changing rm and bath is the worst thing on this property. Wet, dirty, moldy and stinky.

Terrible experience....they put , probably from ai the pictures, but in real so bad.... Nasty , the floor planks was broken we can't walk in safe... and dirty...

I want to be clear that the staff was understanding and professional when we raised our concerns. My issue is not with the employees working the desk. This is an ownership/management and property-maintenance issue, and ownership seriously needs to step their game up. The room we were given was absolutely disgusting. There was visible mold or mold-like growth in multiple areas, including around the walls, ceiling, door frames, and trim. The furniture was heavily stained. There were holes and damage in the walls where fixtures had apparently been removed, gaps and deterioration around the door frame, peeling paint, rusted and worn hardware, and even an electrical outlet/cover that looked like it had simply been painted and patched over rather than properly repaired. The doors were also not functioning properly, which added another concern entirely. This wasn't a matter of the room being "dated" or needing a cosmetic refresh. There is a difference between an older hotel and a room that appears neglected and inadequately maintained. I've included photos because they speak for themselves. Look at the stained furniture. Look at the condition around the doors. Look at the walls and ceiling. Look at the dark spotting throughout the room. These aren't tiny imperfections that someone went searching for — they were immediately noticeable.

Room was dirty and smelled of mildew, no hot water in the shower.

The room was a bit in need of upkeep but it didn’t feel dirty and everything worked. The view was amazing The elevator and outside was very bad..pealing paint, hideous floors, dirty and grimy and seemed very seedy. The neighbors next to us were very loud and smoking pot on the balcony. This wasn’t the hotels fault, but didn’t feel as though they would do anything about it. Also the rodeo was across the street and so parking was horrendous, but that is what it is. We drove home the next day exhausted due to lack of sleep and couldn’t enjoy the balcony with the strong pot smell

The staff was very kind and accommodating. When we were checked in the room assigned to us was already occupied. There were large cockroaches, as well as ants in our room. When maintenance and house keeping left from cleaning our room while we were out for the day upon our return our room door had not been closed all the way.
