It wasn’t the cleanest we had to wait for 4 hours before we could even get our room they said it wasn’t clean and when we did get it still wasn’t clean no parking this has to be the worse place we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot

My stay at the sea haven beach resort overall was good. Our last night we couldn’t watch tv. It stayed the internet wasn’t connected. The internet I was the only way we could watch tv. Wish we could have had breakfast but other than that it was an ok stay.

Is it a luxury resort? No—but we didn’t pay luxury-resort prices either. The room was comfortable, the location was hard to beat, and for what we paid, the stay was absolutely worth it. Sometimes I think expectations need to match the budget. If you have upscale taste on a budget-hotel price, you may need to relook in the mirror 😂. For an affordable beachfront stay, we were happy with what we got and would stay again!

Longer shower curtain/ toilet paper holder falling out of the wall/ sink clogged up after 1 use.

Never been to more nasty hotel in my life. Pictures looked so nice but when showed up everything falling apart and smelling horrible

The rooms that you see online are not what you get when you arrive. There were others demanding a refund. On a Friday night in PCB, you're not finding another room, anywhere! It had the original furniture since the 1970's and the mattress for sure. I had a thicker blanket in jail. The doors didn't lock, a roku box had to be located from another room to watch TV. And I was told they had to move them around. And, let's not forget the roaches!

Beautiful beachfront location, great ocean views, and easy access to the beach. Staff seemed to be consistently working around the property. The property was very dated and needed significant maintenance and cleaning. The marijuana smell was overwhelming throughout the property, including the lobby and balcony, and we had to wash our clothing upon arriving home. the noise was also disruptive as the walls were thin. Our room also had dirty surfaces, worn floors, stained furniture, and a damaged TV screen.

Perfect location, nice set up Room could have been a little cleaner but I’m not a whiner and cleaned it myself. The staff was absolutely amazing all of them!

We arrived the room was nasty and not clean the toilet has hair on it and the shower hadn't been cleaned.

checking in room location convenience to restaurants and beach front activities room was missing a bedside lamp, wall picture and bed cover only two small pillows for a queen bed loud yelling from enclosed hallway on first floor where guests were leaving that echoed down the hallway

Do not be cheap, if you want a nice room, you’ll have pay ‘nice room’ money.

No pool towels, you have to pay for ice, dirty, cockroaches in our room
