One of the biggest disappointments was being charged additional fees for extra occupants, I also didn’t appreciate having to pay extra for my children and for parking, as these costs significantly increased the overall expense. When we arrived, the door to our room was difficult to open, which wasn’t a great first impression. The room itself looked as advertised, but our “ocean view” was mostly obstructed, which was disappointing. The hotel’s location is excellent and one of its biggest advantages. It is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and other eateries, making it very convenient to explore the area without needing to drive. As we walked around the property, it became apparent that the hotel could use some maintenance. The wallpaper was peeling in several areas, and many of the room doors were scuffed and worn. The overall appearance reminded me more of a Red Roof Inn than a resort charging premium rates. The hotel staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which affected the overall guest experience. On a positive note, the amenities were wonderful, free breakfast, and evening libations was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, considering the condition of the property, the extra fees, and the level of service, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price we paid. I believe we could have found a much better value elsewhere.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and always quick to help. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and there was plenty of parking. Restaurants and shops are just nearby, making everything very convenient. We had a wonderful stay. They are also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a wider variety of vegetables at breakfast. Highly recommended!

No complaints it was a 10/10!

I love that it was pet friendly. It was wonderful location. If you are looking to spend July 4 and have the best view ever this is a place to stay. Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say the only thing I need clarification on when I book Booking.com it said that I added the breakfast breakfast daily but then when I asked the hotel, they said that it is a complementary with your stay

Beautiful hotel and great staff

Location to Pier Park and Pier was nice. Pool was descent with various seating options. Breakfast was nice. Not on the beach, parking was expensive and difficult. Layout was hard. Had to walk the whole building to get anywhere. Very expensive, not worth the $$.

Great location for beach/restaurants. Insane prices for parking. And we were awakened by an UNPLUGGED alarm clock in the room that’s drilled into the wall. Had to pull teeth to get a 30 minute extension on late checkout. Overall good hotel given its Panama City Beach.

The property was very well maintained and super clean. If you’re planning to book, please be prepared to pay for parking. Self parking is $20 per day and valet parking is $28 per day. You’d think parking would be free since you’re staying in the resort, but it is not.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable. The area is across from beach and if you don’t want the beach, the hotel has a very spacious pool for kids and adult to enjoy. The breakfast had everything you need including made to order omelet to help start your day.

Family of 6- 1 week stay. I expected a little more with what we paid to stay here. Upon arrival check in clerks were short and kind of rude for a Monday morning. The one saving grace was the woman working near Blu, likely a manager, since she comped a very car sick me a ginger ale - I feel terrible I did not get her name. She and the older gentleman valet were the only staff members to seem to actually care about the people staying there. The hotel itself is nice but not nearly as nice as I expected. The rooms are decent but they are small. Expect to pay a $400 deposit upon arrival and not even get half back- with all the fees they tack on to your stay you’ll be lucky to get $200 back and that’s WITHOUT charging anything to the room. Food is mediocre at best and that includes the restaurant, but try the nachos those were fire. Our room had a cracked window, crooked tv, an annoying mechanical sound that you could hear in our room that persisted all week from down the hall, a door that was difficult to open, someone else’s eyelashes in the hide-a-bed, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I requested a low floor and got put on the 4th (there’s only 5 floors.) Proximity to all things touristy is great the farther back you go with the shops the better the deals are. Seafood restaurants close by are terrible. The beach proximity is great if you like running across a busy road with kids. Oh and house keeping is day shift, so stay out from 11-5 if you want a clean room & freshtowels.
