We stayed at the hotel for a week with 4 kids. It was great! The location is perfect, the staff were great. The rooms and everywhere else were clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was perfect for a free breakfast! The only thing that was a bit disappointing: no every day room cleaning, they would only take out the trash bags. We had to ask for towels a couple times, and asked to change the sheets, which they didn’t do. We had to ask again. It didn’t affect our stay there much, but it would be nice to come back to the room in the end of the day and have fresh towels, and clean sheets.we would still absolutely stay there again, and actually are already thinking about it.

The bed felt like if I was laying on a medieval torture device. During our stay, the emergency evacuation was pulled by an unknown guest. Wasn’t particularly happy to see Gus walking around and underwear and having breakfast and underwear especially with kids were around if you’re looking for a classy place to stay, don’t stay here much less if you wanna rest.

The location is perfect and I loved the breakfast. The pool was huge The room had many defects. The bathtub had a moldy piece, the dining table was broken, many things full of dust, the fridge made a lot of noise, The pool had an area of the wall with dirty

Our experience at the Embassy Suites PCB was absolutely top tier. The staff, the environment, the location, was awesome. This is my first time in Panama City, and after viewing the alternative options. We definitely made the right choice. When I return, I will return to the Embassy. Thanks for making my experience memorable.

The property was very well kept and maintained, the breakfast was very good for what is was the staff incredibly helpful, the room lack dressers and storage for clothes, outside of a closet, so keep that in mind if you are planning a stay longer than a weekend. It is right across the street from the beach which is nice.

Make sure to keep your wristband because they charge for another one didn’t know not to take off they expect you to keep it on entire your stay lastly if you’re not a dog lover not a place for you there were dogs everywhere

The convenience provided by the valet parking, a great breakfast on site, well maintained and beautiful pool and facilities, nice clean room. The couch could have been a little more comfortable. I will definitely be coming back! More comfortable couch

The overall location was absolutely fantastic when you consider the nearest public beach access was right across the street. You also had about an 1 to 20 minute drive between stores and restaurants. But the true highlight would be the staff at the hotel especially Roxann Williams & Brittany Valles who went above and beyond for us doing our full stay. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. 10/10 all the way. The phone number for valet parking was down all weekend. Thus when you wanted your car to be waiting for you when you came outside it wasn't able to. With the weather being as hot as was it would have been nice to have utilized this feature.
