Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort

The place was a great stay however, the room we got was not to our liking. Unfortunately the layout of the room for us wasn’t the best. Maybe if we would have gotten a different room this would have been different. The gym has very limited equipment. Breakfast was decent. Overall it’s a great stay if you get the correct room.

Everything was great! The staff the hotel/room(bed a tad bit firm) the valet EVERYTHING!! Can’t wait to get back!!

Room keys don’t work, and they couldn’t get any replacements for some reason. You had to walk to the front desk every time you needed in your room. Paid for a gulf view with the balcony all you could see was the pool not the gulf. The manager said that’s just the way it was and there wasn’t anything she could do. I would really reconsider this place if you are coming to PCB

Beach access

The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach and close to great dining and entertainment, yet the property still feels calm and comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help — the kind of service that makes you feel confident planning a major event here. Pro- breakfast, pool, very kid friendly! Bed was comfy and room was quiet. Waitstaff were great. Con- 3 star hotel. Dirty halls and worn down furniture. Front staff- didn’t seem to know what the heck to do. Parking, either $28 valet or $20 self pay to park on an app…

The stay overall was a good stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. If you’ve never been to this area, this hotel is not directly in front of the beach, you will have to cross a street to get to the beach. The front staff at times was not the friendliest. I would say the friendliest staff members were wearing a blue shirt, they were usually helping clean up after breakfast and bringing food orders to the pool. I want to highlight them because they were very kind and helpful! The first day, they skipped to clean our room. Breakfast had a good variety!!!

Great location. Right across the beach and close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The property is clean and staff is wonderful. My kids looked forward to the breakfast where you have a station for eggs your way, a waffle station, meats, fruit and so many other options. They have two bedroom units for those with kids. Wonderful all around.

Worst part, we nicely gave this feedback to the front desk staff and to a Manger onsite… but day after day I’d watch the hair clumps and food particles all along the hotel room corridors without being addressed. So gross.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect too. Staff was really helpful and all of them were polite.

We got very bad view room . Also breakfast was so crowded every day we struggling to find table . Most of the Hotel staff serving with grumble face I don’t why??? Finally charging us 22 dollars every day for our staying ( resort fee ) which no told us about. It wasn’t good experience I don’t think I will be there again.

This beautiful hotel with an amazing beach view saved our vacation for our family of 10!

the view was great the room was dirty lots of barking dogs in hall after 7:00am the breakfast was warm not hot also entering the room it was78 degrees in the room took a while to cool down
