Todo muy hermoso el.desayuno delicioso mi mascota se sintió tranquila y sin ruidos ,solo la pool no la probamos debería estar abierta hasta las 12 pm.gracias.regresaremos

The property and room are great. The breakfast is mediocre at best. And the staff seems to be very shorthanded and not to friendly. Overall, good hotel with clean rooms and property. But don't expect much from the staff while you're there.

Location was great, rooms were okay. Front office staff was amazing but the room cleaners not so much. I asked a cleaning lady if I can have a refill of conditioner and more towels and she looked real bothered by me asking... we were supposed to get a cleaning every 2nd day and full clean every 6th day... none ever happened... front office staff apologized over and over but staying in that area over the summer was pricey and I've had better attentiveness at cheaper hotels...

Breakfast was a bit sad, pullout bed in suite was very bad, there was a dead roach on the stairs for 2 days. We named him Jerry.

We went down to eat breakfast around 8:45-9:00 and it was a mess. No syrup for the waffles, spilled cereal and liquid in various places and restocking was extremely slow. We had very little to eat. By the time we left the eating area, nothing had been cleaned up.

The day was good. The place was clean the only thing when housekeeping came to refresh and towels or just straighten up the room they did not clean up the restroom.

La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando siempre un excelente servicio. Me encantó nuestra estancia ,100%recomendado.

We got there two hours after check in and were told our rooms were still not ready. We checked back 20 minutes later and they were. We got checked into our rooms and while they were very nice, full kitchen and pretty rooms (couch was very firm) they were highly young children unfriendly. Thankfully they had a spare packnplay. The bathroom toilet clog and we called down and requested it be plunged. They said if they found a plunger they would call our room and let us come get it so we could plunge it. We were underwhelmed by breakfast. Hopefully they we work out some kinks as I think they are a newer hotel. Would a give a skeptical second chance.

Room and property was nice but you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Also in a busy location where there is a lot of traffic in peak season making it hard to get in and out of parking lot. We also had to deal with some guest who were freely smoking marijuana making the hotel property smell.
