False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend

What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. We can’t wait to come back! I can’t think of anything we did not like.

Staff was excellent. Room was nice great view but need bigger televisions. It need to be updated was expecting more since it was a Holiday Inn Club. You can hear everything going on outside your room on the street. But overall not bad

The location was great. The walk to the beach was short and Florida Gulf Coast never disappoints. It appears to cater to An older clientele. It was quiet and calm. The hot tub was out of order and the fire pits were self service. The bathroom also needed the tub updated.

Good location and direct beach access. Pool is also good. However the property is old and not well maintained.

Great activities and beach. Room was clean and nice. Do not recommend booking for spring break. Website shows nothing about age until it was time to check in. Receptionist there are not the friendliest.

Staff was very nice and happy to help when needed. Check in was super easy. Views and beach access were great. Property was a little out dated and elevator was very worn. Room could use a face lift.
