The place was very clean and accommodating. Wonderful jacuzzi bathtub! Good size kitchen, bedroom, and living room. The balcony was perfect! Great views of the ocean. Lisa at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable. The elevator probably needs to be replaced.

The villa felt like a home away from home. They had everything you would need to live comfortably with only a few groceries delivered. You have the soft sand and beautiful emerald coast steps away from your balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and more low key beach vibes. Loved the location from the airport as well, quick 10 to 15 minute car ride. The building only has 5 story's so the elevator wait wasn't bad at all. The elevators need a fan in there to keep the air moving. That was my only complaint besides a few sandy or hair balls we found but definitely wasn't worth causing a problem over. Wiped it up and kept going.

False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facility itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was absolutely amazing — comfortable, spacious, and made our stay so relaxing. What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. We can’t wait to come back! I can’t think of anything we did not like.

Staff was excellent. Room was nice great view but need bigger televisions. It need to be updated was expecting more since it was a Holiday Inn Club. You can hear everything going on outside your room on the street. But overall not bad

The location was great. The walk to the beach was short and Florida Gulf Coast never disappoints. It appears to cater to An older clientele. It was quiet and calm. The hot tub was out of order and the fire pits were self service. The bathroom also needed the tub updated.
