The property was terrible. The people up front were rude. There was mold in our bathroom. The website stated that our room would have a stove top and kitchen utilsils. We had no such things. The room itself was dirty and not maintained.

The WiFi did not work, to low of a signal. Pool was closed one of our few evenings there. My dirty towels were taken one day but no clean ones were left.

The location and the view were awesome. Kitchen could use more tools to cook with.

Hot tub didn't work,chairs around the pull were dengy,mold in bathroom and on balcony, room 606 bed was very uncomfortable had a dent in middle of the mattress where it was wore out. 1 beer at the bar by the pull was 7 dollars staff was polite and helped with what was needed. Hotel needs to be taken care of landscaping not maintained. Very disappointed since the last time I was there just not maintained

Great location! Amazing views! Pool was also nice to use! Bar would have been better if the TV’s had worked (stayed during World Cup). Room was clean, a little dated, but worked for us. Two AC’s in our room, only one worked well, asked staff more than once to check the other, and never did even after saying they would.

Our room was not clean - the floors were nasty and one of the beds had blood or chocolate all over the covers which we didn’t see until the bed was turned down. There was water on the floor which maintenance had to come clean up. 2 burners on the stove didn’t work. We were told everything was fixed but it wasn’t. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and seemed to be concerned, but the manager told us she’d get it fixed but didn’t do anything. The property had some good benefits, like being beachfront with balconies, the staff food and drinks at the tiki hut were good. The pool was nice by the 3rd day. The 1st day it was cloudy, the 2nd day they drained it halfway, but never closed it. Kids were jumping into a half full pool. Even when they closed it later in the day, they never put up any signs saying it was closed. One of the 2 elevators wasn’t working the 1st day, but again no sign. Parking was a pain and they only have 2 handicap spots. It’s a shame because this property could be very nice, even if dated. Definitely is lacking in the management of the property.

Location, staff and we thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Rooms were small, no kitchen utensils, elevators were questionable. We got stuck for 30 minutes in a very hot elevator. Pool was closed 1 of the 3 nights we were there.

We loved the view and location. We will be back

They canceled my reservation the day of check in and never called to tell me. I had it it booked for two months prior and drove 13+ hours to get there. Never again will I book that place. The manager was so rude and did not attempt to accommodate in the least. I do not recommend to any one!

You’re definitely paying for the location. The room wasn’t clean. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut. The staff was checked out. On the upside, the pool was alright and it’s right on the beach.

The bed was comfortable and the beach wasn’t crowded The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. Our room had been cancelled not by us. They got us in a room. Mold in the sink and shower. Nasty floor around toilet. Very dated.

Friendly staff, housekeeping was great, and the free coffee all day long was perfect

It’s obviously in a nice location which is beachfront. That is the extent of any of the benefits It was disgusting. Mildew, mold, general filth in the bathroom and throughout the hotel. The furniture was covered in a layer of grime. There was something that looked like slime mold in the bathroom. I wouldn’t even dare take my shoes off there.
