It offers good value for money. The hotel was clean, the elevators worked without issues, and luggage carts were available. Check-in and check-out were very fast. Parking is available either at the hotel or in a lot across the street (free of charge), and there is direct access to the beach. The bar has a nice atmosphere (though we didn't order anything there), and the hotel offers free ice and coffee—I love that. The room was spacious, well-lit, and air-conditioned; the 5th-floor room offered a great view of the Gulf, just as promised. The amenities are a bit dated but functional, and the plastic chairs on the balcony were clean. There were plenty of clean towels and sheets, and the kitchen was clean. The pool lacks lighting at night —it is really dim—so that is something that should be improved in the short term.

The view was spectacular. The convenience of everything in one location was very nice. Completely filthy. Wasn't cleaned from previous visitors. The elevator box is a joke, you have to push buttons on both elevators to get just 1 to work. Pieces falling apart on elevator and in the room. Needs a serious remodel. Please don't go by the pictures from their page. Very deceiving. It's nothing like what I thought I was reserving. We will never return here.

Beach on the site and the view for the balcony, was great. The beds were ok . The noise from the A/C at night was loud ( needs new A/C), the parking lot is not sufficient for all the people and we have to park almost every day , across the street , which was no light at all so dark , that you need a flashlight !!!

#1 THE TIKI BAR-The bartender APRIL made our visit absolutely fantastic. She had amazing vibes and alway had a smile and good attitude. #2 LOCATION- Right on the beach. Cant get better than that. THE SAND BAR and WHISKEYS are walking distance bars. If you don’t want to drive, very easy walk to Pier Park sober. Then $10 Uber back. The staff were great. Very easy to talk to and check in and check out were so easy. FILL REGISTRATION BEFORE YOU GET THERE. Makes it so much easier. It’s an older building. Can’t expect it to be absolutely perfect. For the price and the location its beats a lot of the other hotels. The roof and walls are a little scuffed♂️

right on the beach kitchen in room Tiki bar - drinks and bar food - its good It is an older property, but the staff is great and we love the location. In summer months they usually have live music nightly - we enjoyed that.
