Read the hotel details carefully!! As of our booking, they DO NOT provide room service (cleaning, etc) unless you request. Even after we requested, they still did not perform room services. A couple in next room had same complaint, said they “were locked in and had no option but to stay”. There was sand all over the room at check-in so we requested they clean. Nothing after 2 days, so we asked for a broom and we cleaned it up. No change of bedsheets even after we requested. We had to go to front desk for towels/bedding and we changed the sheets. Stovetop not clean, toaster nasty, sheets nasty!! Beach entrance area/steps a bit overgrown - needed to be trimmed. Staff and Manager were friendly, but services were **** poor. Read the details about the hotel!! Affordable, friendly staff, on the beach… 2 of 5 stars. Very unlikely to book here again.

Front desk staff Deanna was extremely helpful in obtaining my boarding pass for my flight home all that i needed.

Could not see beach from room , room I booked online was not the one I was put in , sinks would not drain , one ac only blew air not cold air ,

Love this place! My family and I stay here often! I love the atmosphere! Will stay here every year

The staff was amazing but that’s about it. Old wore out mattress and room smelt like animal urine Coffee pot didn’t make hardly half a cup. Spent most of the trip with the balcony door open since it rained most of the weekend and the room smelt. Felt like I paid too much money to be this disappointed.

If you are on a budget it's on the beach. But we probably will not return. Just a bad experience. Two rooms on our floor had 10 or more people.

The hot tub does not work. Folks drinking alchol in the pool in glass bottles. Staff would not do anything.

The staff was great and it was a nice place to stay on the beach.

This was my 4th stay here. This is a clean budget friendly hotel .

The main housekeeper and manager very unprofessional. The housekeeper did not want to give me towels the last day. They are charging me $200 for smoking. When I don’t smoke and there are no “no smoking” signs. They charged me $45 for resort fees and my receipt shows I should be charged $29…

Rooms looked nothing like the pictures everything is old and not updated. Booked a certain room and ended up basically getting the opposite. First day checking in the floor of both bed room and bathroom had a decent amount of sand on floor, we went to office to communicate the issue but ofcourse they never came to clean the floors.

The room was ok and the beds very comfy….balcony view was amazing …..would stay there again …

2nd.. one of the beds were awful. Had a visible dip/worn out place in it. Was very uncomfortable!

Showers need to be fixed, first night there the water gave us issues couldnt shower with fully functioning shower and maintenance came in and tried fixing it and just made it work some and left.

Sooooo you are staying on the beach in PCB. You want ultra clean go away from the beach. Yes the floors have some sand on them, deal with it. Look you walk 100 ft to the beach through a pool area, you can deal with years of sand build up. Yes the rooms could really be updated, again you’re on the beach, you aren’t cooking gourmet meals. My wife and I enjoyed our 6 days, yes we love ultra clean and tons of extras but we also know that hey we can spit onto the beach so we can deal with it. My only small complaint would be noise factor at 630am with kids and their weak parents trying to parent but hey not going overboard as it’s kids and umm you’re at the beach. Across the street is the Sandbar Bar and Grill and Muy Wayne O’s, both great places to eat.

The parking was horrible and across the street with no lights but the hotel is beach front.
