Right in front of the ocean! 24/7 pool/jacuzzi. It was the best

The hotel is old but clean. We were disappointed for a few reasons. The pool area needs more shade. There were no umbrellas on site, no music, snack bar should be open all day. Bring a hair dryer, none on site. Umbrella and chairs are 50$ a day. We decided to move to a different hotel and we are very satisfied now.

One of the elevators has been broken for months and the wait is sometimes very long.

Rooms in general were filthy. Also carpet dishes resdrooms were dirty . The ac wasent working properly. The blins wouldn't work . Did not get any room service. Balcony was okay the chairs to sin on the balcony were broken . The outdoor pool was good .

This hotel is very old and needs lots of help. On the first day, we saw roaches in our bathroom. The drain in the shower didnt drain at all. The shower curtain rod was broken so water went everywhere every timwthe shower was used. The kitchen is poorly stocked and dishes were dirty. The balcony had sticky water running from the AC unit and was never cleaned once. The elevator was broken and part of the outside deck was rotten. The parking was ridiculous as well. However, the front desk staff was super nice and they did try to help as much as they could. We asked for some sort of compensation for all the issues and were told that it would be handled, but nothing was corrected. I would not stay in this hotel again. Not even for the price. Do not choose this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location with great staff. The building is older, but it was clean and our balcony view was amazing. For a fraction of the cost of the other hotels near. Will be returning.

The view from our room was great we were beachfront. The property needs updating. No toiletries left in room had to ask.

Great location! Private pool and beach access were on point. Comfortable stay, but rooms and appliances are a little dated. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and staff are helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is right in front of the beach, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the pool, the tiki bar, and the relaxing hot tub. We spent several amazing days here and created beautiful memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I have been visiting this hotel for a long time. Elevation out of order, luggage carts need to be replaced. The pool area was not cleaned daily. House keeping service was subpar

The shower had back up water everytime we used it.Drainage issues.Overall for the money I was expecting more.

I believe a lot of the complaints for this hotel is from people who give no grace and are expecting 5 star resort at 3 star prices. It’s an older place but it was clean. The pool was nice. Hot tub was perfect. Love the Tiki Bar. The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again is because I’d rather be within walking distance of more restaurants or stores. Hotel is located in a quieter part of PCB.

The staff were great, Location was very good. The hotel is located on the beach which was excellent. The hotel is dated but we had everything we needed; there was a stove, refrigerator and a microwave. Not well stocked with dishes. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was great but I when I booked it said I would be charged additional 54.95 resort fee. When I checked in it said it was 71.95 then I just checked out and they charged me 75. So they need to disclose this up front before booking
