It was very nice, but the sound did not work on the TV in our bedroom which is no big deal. There was one macaroni and a napkin left on the balcony floor. The staff is very friendly wanted the elevators was out of order so sometimes took a long time, but again, not a big deal either. What’s your hurry? You’re on vacation. The hot tub did not work and the whole place could’ve been a little cleaner. For the price I paid was very nice.

The location is right on the beach We checked in on June 18th and found roaches in our room that night. The office was already closed so I went first thing in the morning and they moved us rooms and killed another roach within an hour of being in the new room. We immediately went to office and requested a refund. We booked through booking so I had to call them so they could contact the property. The property confirmed they would send a refund to booking before we left the property. They were very kind and understood my issues while we were there. But since leaving I’ve had to call booking three times and the property says they will send the funds to booking everytime but has yet to do so. I was waiting to get my refund before reviewing but it’s not appearing like they have any intentions of actually sending my money back. The floors were also gross and left all of our feet black on the bottom. Absolutely would not recommend this property to anyone!!

Nothing I booked through booking on May5th and shortly after requested a refund from property no response so I called booking.com on May7th ,hotel staff agreed to a refund since I wasn't able to go due to weather. They agreed on May 7th to refund my money it's been well over a month and nothing! I've called multiple times, sent emails etc so has booking. property staff keep giving me the run around . I will edit this review once property does what they agreed to . HORRIBLE experience!

We went to do the daily children’s activity and two different staff members told me they had no idea what was going on with it and never looked into it, so we had to miss it.

Being so close to the beach. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer was nice. More towels in the unit. Sofa bed was not comfortable and we needed more blankets. The hot tub was not working.

The property’s location was good. . We had enough room for everyone that came. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We had some issues when we arrived with the room’s cleanliness. The staff resolved the issues in a timely manner.
