Clean room, great front desk staff, nice location! Hotel housekeeping services are changing across the country. Travelers must adjust to no daily cleaning services as a norm.

Be advised that you have to ask really specific questions regarding what the room you are purchasing actually looks like. They dump all the pictures from the rooms into a common description of the room and put all the suites at the top so it appears that is what every room looks like. It felt misleading but every thing was clean and well maintained.

To get clean towels, you need to bring them downstairs to the receptionist. They don’t have towels available for immediate exchange. You have to wait hours for a new set of clean towels. We were three people, and they gave me a hard time when I requested three clean towels instead of two. I paid $980 for three nights. I would not recommend staying here.

The carpets are very dirty. Staff is not welcoming at all.

The room was not very clean especially the bathroom. There were a lot of stain on the floor. Also we found a roach on floor.

The room was really nice and clean. We were pleased with the hotel. The staff when greeted was just ok. They acted as you were bugging them when you asked questions even at check in.
