Had a nice view but at check in was asked what disability our service dog was for which violates ADA laws. 6 days no room cleaning or clean towels trash bags etc.

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this location and both times the staff allowed parties, well after midnight. I seen and heard that other customers had complained as well, this was supposed to be a family place to bring your children (i had brought my elderly mother) the people in the room next to ours had their music up so loud I thought the whole hotel was having a party, the drunken guests were outside of all our doors yelling obscenities. The staff did try to speak to them, however did not get them to stop, and it went on for 2 days. Needless to say we will not be back.

The pools & customer service. The price! $322 in late Sept!Small room 2 double beds. No breakfast,no hair dryer,no coffee,sounds like bangs, bumps or cleaning rooms around us,3rd floor beach side,as early as 7:30am.Check in time is a late 5pm as well.

We had a wonderful time here for 4 days. Our room was perfect with a gulf view. The staff was very awesome, the pool was great and the Tiki hut was a delight! We'll be back next year!

Location is amazing- right on the beach so you can hear the waves and enjoy the ocean. Beach chairs and umbrella are available for rent. They have outdoor & indoor pools. The big water slide was a huge hit with the kids. The swings on the deck were a nice place to sit and relax. The gift shop had lots of cute items. Parking is available along the front of resort and across the street. The rooms were on the smaller size, but we spent most of our time on the beach. The mattresses are just ok. Linens were clean, additional towels are available in the lobby.

The location is the only positive. There were fleas in the room, no fresh towels or linens offered. They don't even offer to give you an extra trash bag for a week's stay. The property is very run down now. Our bathroom was literally crumbling apart. The room smelled like mold very bad. The pillows are terrible as are the mattresses. Staff is rude, almost mowing down my handicapped mother in the walkways on multiple occasions. The Embassy Suites right beside Pier Park is the same price, stay there. It's a much better experience.
