Great breakfast and nice gym

We reserved/checked in last minute due to a system outage at the nearby Hilton that left us unable to check in for over 4 hours. I didn’t do any research into the reviews and booked quickly plus were only staying one night otherwise we probably would have left. The hallways were littered with trash. There were things like pen marks and dirty handprints on the walls. The door leading to our room was super dirty around the handle and clearly wasn’t ever wiped down. All the high touch areas looked the same (door handles, light switches, etc). The bottom of the shower was stained (I showered in flip flops because it was visibly unclean) and had small curly hairs near the drain so it probably wasn’t cleaned between guests. There was flaking paint and what looked like mold (poorly attempted cover up) in the roof of the shower. There was a speck of blood around the faucet in the bathroom sink that I noticed while brushing my teeth on the morning of check out. I will say all the staff members I encountered were very nice and pleasant. The main areas of the hotel lobby seemed well maintained. My son enjoyed the pool and it was very clean.

Breakfast, clean room, parking.

The room was clean but the carpets in the room and the hallways were nasty. The breakfast wasn’t great either. The people above us stomped and yelled the whole stay. All day and night past 3 am. I made several complaints but nothing helped and the staff didn’t seem to care either. It smells like mold and cigarette smoke when you walk in the lobby. Will not be staying there ever again.

There was trash under the ac unit some towels were dirty. We were scheduled house keeping on are second day we never got it we called a couple times the first time they said that they will do it as soon as possible we called again after a couple hours and they said we have to go to the lobby to get are towels toilet paper tissues and we never got are beds made there was also dust everywhere and the tiles in the bathroom were not cleaned properly

Nothing to hang clothes on in bathroom. No bars in shower to hold onto. I liked the faucet being on opposite end of shower head

Great stay!

I had horrible experience with the front lady, I believe her name is Rey-Ann, she seems very unhappy and never smile and great guest. She didn’t tell me where and when the breakfast is at, and charged my parking while it’s free! I also had to tell her multiple times that I am a gold elite member to get later check out option, even so, my room key still not working after noon, and I had to went back and forth to solve this simple problem which should not happen at all! They are supposed to provide convenience for guest not troubles
