Nice room They had a ten dollar parking fee that I knew nothing about until I saw it on my bank app.

The beds were comfortable and the room had great amenities. It could be great with new management that knew how to hire a warm inviting staff, and coordinate a much better quality breakfast and some additional options. The "eggs" are awful! Were they powdered? Yuk! They were mushy and runny. The sausage was undercooked and no options like turkey or chicken sausage as you would get even at a Best Western. The oatmeal was a better option but it was very runny. The black office girl was not nice and she mumbled. Checkout at 11AM is too early. Paying for parking is not typical for a hotel of this caliber. It was also a surprise.

It was perfect for the 3 of us. We only stayed one night, but would have been great for an extended stay. No complaints here.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Internet was terrible. Not enough tv channels available. Housekeeping only every 2 days. Breakfast was not good.

Hotel is in a good location very convenient to pier park, room was very clean and well maintained, breakfast could have been better, and a first for me they charged $10.00 to park no valet

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. It offered a nice kitchenette and closet space. The rooms didn't get cleaned daily though. When asked by the staff about cleaning the room, we were told that the rooms get refreshed every two days. Ours didn't get refreshed until the third day. Also they charged a deposit for incidentals, and tell you that it is returned to you within 5 to 7 days but upon check out we discovered that we were actually charged $10 per day for parking that will not be refunded and it was not disclosed prior.

Had a wonderful time! Everyone was friendly, rooms were perfect and clean, and was in the perfect place for our stay!

The pool was exceptionally clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. My wife even used the gym room that they had. Our room had a small kitchenette, which was incredibly helpful. When I was searching for pet-friendly hotels, I had high expectations, but this hotel exceeded them in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to PCB. I’m already planning to return next time I visit.
