Overall, disappointing experience. Marriott has significantly lowered their standard of providing great hospitality experience at this location and it shows.

The breakfast was not good. Need to keep up with replenishing the food more often. There wasn’t enough seating in the breakfast area.The carpet in the room was nasty. There was ants in the room.

Overall a great place to stay, whether if it’s just passing through or staying a week long for a Little League tournament. Which is what we did. The kitchenette and grill (by the pool) were great for cooking quick meals while staying for more than 3 days.

This hotel was everything compared to the one I originally booked & left immediately. The staff was very welcoming & friendly during my 2-nights stay. The bathroom, kitchenette, & TV streaming options were beyond great...HBO was free. Very clean, updated, well maintained, good breakfast, & although housecleaning isn't daily, the staff is always available to handle your needs. This hotel is 2mins from Pier Park which was great. Entering & exiting the parking lot was not a problem at all despite the construction happening on the main street. I will definitely recommend & return to this hotel next time!
