Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!

Clean room and very spacious, fitness equipment was not in the best condition.

We didn’t sleep at all. Loud hotel with rowdy guests, hall noises, and paperthin walls. We could here tvs, conversations, and intimatacy from our neighbors all night, litteralky until 4:30 am. Room was cramped and needs a remodel.And so overpriced. We will never stay in this chain again. Nothing to like

Turn the ice maker off while sleeping me it's loud and annoying.

It was quiet and clean. I worried when I saw 4 tour buses...but never heard a peep. I did not encounter anything i did not like.

It seems there is no cold running water, mentioned to staff but was never responded to. Bed sheets kept pulling up after just sitting on the bed, bigger size would be more convenient. Nasty cobweb corner that hasn’t been cleaned in years but we tried not looking at it lol. No cleaning service unless you stay for 7 days but we were brought extra towels.
