Staff is the worst. Nasty attitude and everything bothers them. Can’t even greet guests.

The staff tried very hard to be helpful…but it seemed that there were more patrons this weekend than available staff. The rooms were nice, but the sink in the bathroom was broken previously, some of handles and faucets needed replacing. The air conditioning worked great and the breakfast provided was very good. The fitness area was very modern and seemed well kept. Overall, it was not a bad experience for the price.

La estancia estuvo muy buena, me gusto el cuarto asignado, estuvo comodo, acogedor, limpio. Lo único que si deberían mejorar es con el desayuno deberia haber otras opciones que solo huevo revuelto. Es una observacion que podrían mejorar.

The hotel was pretty clean, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was set at the perfect temperature. The bathroom had the amenities needed when you're away. Breakfast was good, we really liked it. Check in was easy and fast.

Could use some updating. And the showered look nasty and the curtains in the showers are absolutely horrible.

Overall great place to stay, 5-8 min drive from the beach. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. The floors could be cleaned better in room. Would recommend to stay.

The hotel was much dirtier and more run-down than I expected. The breakfast wasn't very good, and the shower was by far the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff was okay, but overall I don't think I would stay here again.

That was not the case this time. The staff was extremely rude and the hotel no longer well maintained. The man blowing leaves shook his head at us as we were leaving through the designated exit. Our room key cards quit working several times. They eventually determined it was the lock and not the cards. When I had to return to report it a third time, the girl at the desk shrugged her shoulders at me. The room was okay, but the stopper for the bathtub didn’t work. Next time we’re in PCB we will definitely book at a different hotel! What a shame this hotel has gone downhill so quickly!

Have very noisy neighbors. Everything else was okay.

The bathroom was very dirty. Was locked out of the room. They said I only had one night. Which I had 2. They also required a $100 additional fee to check in. Said it could take 2 weeks to get my $100 back. That hidden fee was not disclosed up front
