Peaceful. Quiet. Clean. Good value for money. Not located exactly near Pier Park but close enough. More variety from day to day with the breakfast offerings would be nice.

Overall everything was great, the room is clean besides the slow draining sink and shower.

The Shower had Hot Water and there were no Bed Bugs. So at least you cleared the absolute bare minimum Parking lot is too small and poorly designed. Staff Unhelpful and Uninformed. Stayed for two nights and phone rang at 3am with no one on the other end both nights. Had to solve a maintenance issue with the air conditioner myself. Damage to the floor and walls when we arrived. Breakfast low quality with several items either under or over cooked and the juice tasted chlorinated. Dogs barking in neighboring rooms late into the night like a trailer park. Lack of utensils outside of breakfast hours rendered most store items uneatable. Quality and Variety of store items abysmal. Elevators small and antiquated. Rooms did not have adequate seating or tables. TV selection pathetic and signal unstable.

Where it was. Room was dirty and found a roach in the bathroom..

Room was very clean, staff very friendly. Enjoyed free breakfast and great coffee!

The only thing I didn't like was the shower curtain. It did not fit the rod and keep sliding off to one side leaving the floor to get wet
