Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort by Panhandle Getaways

We had an enjoyable stay, but the properly is very old and outdated to the point that it wasn't entirely comfortable. The host and property management company were very helpful and responsive and I will definitely book with them again!

I booked this room specifically for the splash pad advertised for my toddlers. We stayed in the Windward. There was not a splash pad. I was extremely disappointed. I am a single mother and i was only able to hold one child with their life jacket on at a time while swimming in the pool. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I was extremely disappointed. We booked through a third party which every code we received was wrong. The door and beach code were inaccurate. The entrance staff were not welcoming. Specifically, the girl at the Owner space to check in on the Villa side. She saw me standing there waiting with no one else in line. She looked me up and down and continued her conversation with a coworker, which I could hear and was not work related. After a minute she asked me what I needed. No greeting. I had already been to the Townhouse side to try to check in which they sent me to the Villa side. The girl sent me back and told me the Townhouse was wrong and what I needed was over there. The communication and mannerisms definitely could be improved. I enjoyed getting away but I will definitely not be staying again.

The guard to get in was extremely rude. It's send like everyone was aware when we asked about her. She made us feel like she was constantly watching us, like we didn't belong. I spoke to management about the painting situations. I have pictures of where the sign on the door staying the breezeway was being painted but it didn't specify dates or what was being painted. It ruined our flip flops and we were prevent from going to the pool for a few hours after we entered the painted area and I slid. We were supposed to get a credit back from the company to Booking.com however I did not get a phone call back

Balcony overlooking pool was amazing! Spacious, clean and perfect for our group!

Great location! Friendly staff, but amenities were limited and issues with the dryer in the unit.

Outside of that the place was great and I would book it again.

Mixed review. On the positive side, the view was great and plenty of space for the family. The place was clean. However, the apartment was kept in very poor condition. The blinds were broken and missing probably 40% of the pieces which hung down leading to sunlight pouring into the bedroom at sunrise. The building poorly maintenance led to a leak from the room in the bedroom when heavy rain in the middle of the night. The mattresses must be 30 years old and uncomfortable. No money has gone into this place in 40 years it seems other than some TVs and a washer and dryer

The pools were very nice. The restaurant staff seems very rude like they were insulted that anybody would even want to eat there.

I liked the proximity to a lot of shops & restaurants. There is a convenient store on the property & bar and grill.

The beds are not the same size as advertised (queen vs full) my. We feel disappointed for the rate we paid. Parking fees was charged which not free as advertised.

They property was clean and our room was very nice. The view was fantastic.

Very friendly staff at the pool. The condition of the condo was not fantastic. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning for our arrival.

Where we were located, it was quiet. The walk to the lagoon pool but there was a tram to take you.

Just the location of the resort. The apartment was dirty, the bedding was dirty and bad odor on sheets and through out the apartment. The dryer did not work either. This property was not worth the money. I have pictures of how dirty the place was, mirrors weren’t even wiped. I went for vacation and had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean on vacation. When I reached out, nobody can help me. Just disappointed.

The checking in was confusing as not all the condos were with the same organization. I felt it was very secure (condo and beach area) which I loved traveling with my younger daughter. It was clean and convenient! I would definitely recommend and go back.

Great family oriented place to stay. Location was great. Close to many places to eat or hangout. My family and I had a great time and loved our condo. It exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely everything was wonderful here. Every bit of the staff are super friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained throughout the resort. Check in and check out is very easy and not complicated at all. I’ve been staying here for many years and will never try another hotel in pcb again. Everything was perfect, absolutely no complaints

The property commin areas are well maintained. Easy access to beach. Parking is not free as mentioned in expedia site. The community charges a fixed fee for each vehicle
