I made my own breakfast since we had a kitchen area which was more convenient Everything was excellent

Location and staff friendly and helpful. Only one elevator worked and was supposed to be two queens was more like two full size beds.

Consistently barking, unable to sleep The smell of weed

A great value and location. We have stayed there six or eight times. The bathroom vent fan didn't work and the light switch was upside down. If you walked barefoot in the room your feet were black. Overall we like Holiday Terrace and look forward to seeing it after the remodel.

Location AC stopped working

The location is the only good thing They don’t tell you that the construction starts at 7am it’s so loud you can’t sleep. Plus only one elevator works and it takes forever. Room wasn’t clean, no towels for the shower. It was a joke and will never go back!!

Very family oriented. Wouldn’t stay if Bryanna wasn’t here love this hotel very relaxing and accommodating . Only place for me even recommended it to all family and friends

It was a great location, views are beautiful, room was huge. Kitchen area was nice. Can’t wait for the remodeling to be done. Room wasn’t extremely clean, towels were super thin and no wash cloths to use. Mattress was old and worn out, found it odd that the comforter was put on before the sheet. I stripped the bed and remade it.

Ocean front and big rooms Cigarette smell

The location Upon arrival and entered room it smelled like urine . Unpacked luggage walked on floor maybe 30 mins begore looking at bottom of our feet "black"from the unclean floor,looked in kitchen area where the big window looking out to ocean had 1 small curtain that ONLY covered maybe 1/4 of window.opened refrigerator blood in it i assume where someone had meat in it and blood dripped. The microwave was dirty.Bathroom was not cleaned proper for new check in.2 wash rags 1 hand towel,1 dish towel,2 towels.No water on the 3rd day to shower from the beach etc.Cooked our dinner had meat prepared needed can opener to make our dish,can opener was broke.Called to ask for one approximately 15-20 mins later man came to door with tissue asked where was the can opener,he said we have no can openers that work. I ask for trash bags for kitchen was told on tues or wed they had no trash bags.Fri ask again for trash bags bags given were i assume bathroom bags Complained immediately upon findings,wed was sent a cleaner to clean room,friend was in bed with migraine she said the cleaner may have spent 10 minutes to clean.She did not clean have towel to prove the dirty floor after she so claimed she mopped. Fri after complaining again prior day was messaged house keeping manager was going to clean our room.We were checking out the next day.After pulling linens off bed found nasty urine stains all over mattress Many other complaints being a diabetic the floor filth was very unhealthy for our feet. I have many photos of proof. As far as the location, the lay out of room no complaints.More photos to send but only allowed 4

Location Elevator was out had to use the stairs. Ac in front room had to be fixed.

Location great staff clean room. All around was good. liked the had soaps and shampoo but no lotion. need to update a little more. More blankets on bed . Need broom & dust pan in rooms

Hotel is beach front Although this is a pet friendly hotel you can not have you pets on the beach or it’s a $500 fine.. the hotel will not tell you this and is not posted on their property, the room was dirty, only has a couple outlets to plug anything into and none of them are in a decent location, would not stay here again

Location, pet friendly, beach Elevator only one of two working, only two bag carts for whole hotel, no grab bars in bath tub/shower, floor in shower was slick, liquid soap and shampoo made floor in shower very slick. Grass area not mowed where you walk your dog.
