Location Staff are not helpful and seem lazy as I’ve ever seen , the guys that run the chair rentals out front are rude and I assume it’s because they are too lazy to get a real job. None of the doors shut right and lock! Sleeping in the truck would be better. The guy that cleans around outside will only say hello if his boss is around! Seen him on multiple occasions and he just stares like he hates you unless his boss is there and he becomes employee of the month!

These hotels are remodeled very nicely. Love the new look, how they combined two hotels into one, front desk was friendly and very helpful when I had problems with my key card, great area to be at, close to area restaurants, (Pineapple Willys, Harpoon Harry), Walmart, on the beach, pricing was reasonable for a weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. The elevator broke down just as we got there and had 5 people trapped. We had to climb the stairs to the 6th floor, my key card didn't work so I had to climb the stairs not once, not twice, but 3 times to be told I would be moved to the other building that had a working elevator. There was no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels after a shower, most hotels have complimentary shampoo and body soap not this one, our room had a smoke alarm above our bed and it had a shiny green light that was in our eyes at night. If a family was to stay a week there was no dresser and the closet was very small and didn't have hangers for clothes.

Location, clean and staff was helpful. Some electrical issues in the room and with door locks. However the maintenance man went above and beyond to help. We had read previous comments about the elevator not working. Which it wasn't, however it wasn't that bad using the stairs as we were on the 3rd floor. These few issues would not keep us from staying again.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. The elevator was down in the tower we were put in. I'm in a walking boot and had to climb 4 flights of stairs. The TV didn't work, their was mold in the room, and the room was so damp you could see it on the floor and walls. The shower was dirty. There was barely any lighting in the room.

How close it was to the beach Elevators did not work appeared to be down for a long time luckily only on 4th floor but a lot to climb if you had a lot of luggage. Blue hair on the shower wall and floors were sticky.

The location The hotel in the pictures/ pictures is not the hotel you stay in. You stay next door in a run down building with no elevator.

I like how there were plenty of parking spaces when we arrived. They had snacks and other items in the lobby that you can purchase,and also had free popcorn and coffee in the lobby as well. The staff was very friendly also. Once we reached our hotel room via elevator,our room was very clean and comfortable and it seems we were upscale to a room with a bunk bed in it also. The view from the balcony was amazing,you could sit out and watch the beach all day if you wanted to. I would definitely recommend booking this hotel for your stay. A reminder to customers is there is no microwave in your room but that was fine with me because I bring my hot plate and air fryer so cooking and warming food wasn’t a problem. I also overheard a customer complain about how there wasn’t a table in the room, so I improvised and used the 2 chairs on the balcony and the two side tables next to the bed and their you have it…. Rooms were clean, well made. Housekeeping regular. Staff nice and helpful. Balcony was nice with great beach view. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. Light fixtures by beds needed replaced but worked. Two large televisions. Large shower, not enough toiletries but could easily request more. Toilet was a little unstable. Both entrance and balcony doors would stick a little due to old frames but they secured fine. Pool clean and maintained, property was kept clean. Parking reasonable. Good beach access . Not enough carts for luggage, only two ever saw on site. A 4star experience from what you should expect from a 2 star hotel. Older property but seems decently maintained. Check in and out was easy, room was quiet. Good experience and will consider booking again for future trips. This was not booked in peak season.
