The property is right on the beach. The elevators were out in the second building and my family and I had to calm 5 flights of stairs to get to our room each time we left.

Good location and great beach access No elevator in building 2 the one I was in on 4 floor it was awful to go up the stairs that is a deal breaker for me

The staff was very nice The A/C in the room flooded and I reported to staff and they did not send anyone to repair or even look at the A/C. I also asked for my sheets to be changed and receive clean towels. They never sent anyone to clean my room or replenish my towels.

Leaving! The property was AWFUL. There were bugs all over, the smell was terrible, the rooms smelt like mildew and were not updated. The photos that were posted were so old. The key card did not even work until the tenth try. The staff was absolutely horrible to us. No help at all. “Anto” was the worst receptionist I’ve ever encountered. I’m not sure if that’s her actual name or a cover up. She knew we were very upset and continued to laugh. She was so rude and not helpful at all. We were never informed about a broken elevator and had a handicapped with us. She just told us we had to walk up the steps. There were no other options but walk up the 6 flights of stairs or to cancel our stay. She was so unprofessional and kept shaking her head no every time we had a question. She didn’t even know the answer to majority of our questions/concerns. She is quite unfit for this position. She told us the manager/her boss had left for the day as soon as we asked to speak to them. I would never leave her to be in charge of the facility ever.

Beautiful, updated, the bed was so comfortable. The view is unbeatable. 2 pools. Probably the best deal in Florida.

The room was very nice and clean. Everything was all new and spotless! The location was amazing. The price was perfect. The staff were so kind. Without the least hesitation, I would strongly recommend staying here

NOTHING It had bugs, there was blood on one of the pillow cases and the light broke and hit me on the head. The elevator didn't work. The floors were sticky.
