Overall we had a great time. The condo was clean, plenty of space for our family of four. Three things we didn’t like about the condo is that the ac unit was in the bedroom next to the bed and was really loud when it came on. The second thing was that the tv in the room is really out dated and not a smart tv. Third thing is that the mattress could use updating as well.

The advertisement was very misleading,the room was somewhat clean ,the view was terrible ,the room was poorly stocked not enough towels or linen for guests,the air conditioning was very loud in the bedroom couldn’t sleep bed was hard as a rock.Called the resort to request another room they ended up hanging up on us after they told us the had availability. Stayed almost two weeks at a resort that was not up to date. I spent a lot of money for a vacation that was the worst experience that my family has ever had .we’ve been coming to pcb for many years we’ve stayed at Calypso,Edgewood,the Majestic and Tidewater. We have never had this type of experience at these places. The Grand Panama resort needs to take lessons from them. I tried to make the best of our situation but everyone felt horrible about the experience and we were glad our time was over.They had the nerve to ask if we wanted to to extend our stay, We as a whole were very disappointed with our time at this condo and will never stay or recommend them!!!

Property management at Grand Panama is unacceptable. Upon arrival at the house, we found the trash can to be dirty, the floors were extremely dirty, the toilets were not cleaned, the master toilet was leaking water, there was mold all over the shower door and entrance of the shower, and the refrigerator was not working. When we contacted the Front Office for service, they sent a lady to clean the house, but she attempted to mop the floor with only a wet mop and no cleaning solution. When we suggested using cleaning solution, she insisted that everyone needed to leave the house before she could clean, and she only cleaned the kitchen despite the entire house being dirty. We tried to explain to the cleaning lady, but she accused us of being rude. The management office failed to apologize for the unsatisfactory conditions of the unit. Instead, they told us to calm down, despite our polite communication. This led to frustration as we had purchased hundreds of dollars worth of food that went bad due to the faulty fridge. Master toilet made a loud whistling sounds every time the water was turned on, which was never fixed. Additionally, the floor was never mopped as requested.

We've vacationed many places in PCB, this property is by far the closest walk to the beach we've ever had. Very clean, beautiful property. We will book here again.

This was a fantastic stay! The entire property was well maintained and up to date. The unit was perfect for our family of six, with nice furnishings and great views of the beach. The pool area was nice and the addition of the bar/restaurant really made it convenient and relaxing. The beach was only steps away and absolutely beautiful!

I loved the view and that I was able to walk to the beach! It had a near by pizza place, the food was excellent!

The whole experience has been amazing. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed for our family of 9. Kids had a blast in the heated pool. Even though it was in the 50-60 degrees, the heated pool was a plus. And the hot tub as well. The beach was clean and comfortable. Beautiful views!
