Awesome hotel awesome front desk staff I still seem to have a problem getting my point from IHG

Once again, my day was wonderful because of the front desk and the general manager

We have stayed 3-4 times now. Staff is very nice. Room was pretty clean however there was a spot on the ledge by the TV that we wiped up and then we spilled hot water on the floor and wiped it up - the dirt that came up was very gross. I am not sure if mopping the floor occurs and that is concerning. We planned to stay there in the future but that will be a factor. Everything else was clean

I stay there once a week. It was awesome. Front desk is always awesome especially the general manager. I do say this with all kindness that the housekeeping needs to step it up a little little bit as far as the cleanliness in the rooms that’s only because I expect a lot, but it’s an awesome hotel that particular location on Tyndall Parkway

Everything was wonderful, especially the front desk. My only problem is I don’t seem to be getting my points when I check in and out.

The room was clean and comfortable overall. It had rained the night before, and because the hotel is near an area that collects standing water, there was a swamp-like smell outside that carried into the room. We bought an air freshener, but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The free washer and dryer were a nice bonus. The only cleanliness issues we noticed were dust behind the bed frames.

Upon arrival check in was quick and hassle free. Room was ready didn’t have to wait after being on the road for over 7hrs. The staff were very nice, the whole property was clean from the outside to the lobby and to our room. It was a lot of food options around and grocery stores and not far from everything we planned to do vacation. Even rode the elevator with a staff member and she was so sweet asked us about how our stay was. We would definitely stay again.

Every one was nice facility was clean convenient to everything

The staff and manager are very courteous and nice to all guests, The rooms are clean and hotel is quiet with great parking for oversized vehicles as well.

The bathroom needed more attention. The shower was not up to standard and the floors needed attention

Everything was well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Loved that they had free laundry facilities.

The property was well kept, clean and great for our pet. The staff was very friendly. I also love the free laundry! Our stay was for a week and it was nice that we didn’t have to take home dirty laundry!

Bed bugs and the owner and General Manager were rude especially the owner got three sets of sheets but did not make a difference they were full of black bugs

The rooms were clean in the parking was excellent!
