Everything was top notch! Great stay at a great price!!!!

The rooms were clean in the parking was excellent!

Two day trip for pleasure. Great location between Panama City Beach and Mexico Beach. Close to restaurants, stores, etc. Room was clean, hotel amenities were on target, and staff was super helpful.

The hotel is new and the rooms are very clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was plenty of parking and the hotel was quiet at night as well.

The Indian lady in the front desk was mean to my grandchildren

Just the sewer odor coming up through the drain in the bathroom floor.

I’ve been staying in the hotel. The hotel is fine. My only problem is the hotel refuses to give us points because we check in with a third-party and that’s fine but it’s the hotel’s choice and don’t try to tell me it’s not unacceptable.

Comfortable beds and walk in shower.

Exceptional

Thank goodness for pet friendly but I think the price for a little dog 12 pounds Chihuahua mixed it was $100. I think that was kind of steep and I could see it. It was if it was for a big dog, but it is what it is I will be staying there again. It’s nice brand new one year old.

Super friendly staff, reasonably clean room. Rooms are serviced weekly. If you want more than two towels or washcloths you will need to head to the front counter. Mirrors and carpets could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall a good rooms great location, easy to access everything. Upon arrival police were on premise investigating some “crime”, it wasn’t a great welcome.

No break fast

This hotel was excellent. We traveled from out of town and the staff was so helpful. Any questions or concerns they made sure we were accommodated!

What an incredible stay! The Candlewood Suites on Tyndall Parkway is absolutely magnificent. It's hard to believe this hotel is less than a year old because everything feels brand new, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. One of the biggest surprises was the free guest laundry, which was a huge convenience and an outstanding amenity that you don't find at many hotels. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Another great perk was the complimentary coffee available 24 hours a day. Whether heading out early in the morning or returning late in the evening, it was always fresh and available. The location is excellent as well, with several restaurants and food options within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient if you don't feel like driving after a long day. Between the beautiful new facilities, outstanding customer service, convenient amenities, and great location, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites Tyndall Parkway to anyone visiting the Panama City/Callaway area and we will definitely stay here again!

I did not get my points for staying in the hotel in the last two weeks very disappointing

The facility was new and an excellent shape. Our room was amazing and provided a setting for a comfortable stay. While it didn’t provide a breakfast, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel did have snacks available for purchase, but everything in the hotel was accessible for the meaning of our needs.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient from the moment we arrived. My room was fresh , spotless, and had remarkably comfortable beds. I loved the fast Wi-Fi. N/A
