This is our Go-To Hotel near Tyndall Air Force Base. Our son is stationed there and every visit here is amazing. Close to base, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. We arrived early and needed to get showered for an event later in the day and they welcomed us without hesitation. We won’t stay anywhere else in Panama City.

I stayed in the only handicapped room that they have. Everything was nice and clean until I got into the walk-in shower. It was filthy with mold all over. It was disgusting. I have pictures.

Room was clean. Had to ask for extra towels since we had 5 in our room. The bathroom didn't have a fan to help mirror to not get all fogged up. can't speak to the pool or weight room as we didn't use those. ample parking. not as close to the beach as we had hoped.

It was a great place for a short stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

The check-in process was good. The gentleman I believe his name was Jacob was very accommodating and helpful. By Sunday the hotel ran out of towels and then tried to force a checkout. There was no accommodation. The hotel manager even accused me of stealing towels from different floors which was a complete and total lie. I was given different stories regarding the status of towels. I waited for towels and was finally brought three sets. I had to go and buy three additional sets for the rest of my party to shower. One staff said we could checkout at 12. The hotel manager called at 1057 stating checkout was at 11am which gave no time to prepare for checkout. I have never received such poor service and lack of accommodation in my life. It was completely unacceptable and to be lied on regarding towels is very poor customer service.

We only stayed for 1 night as we were on a travel day and going to another location to stay for a week. The staff was friendly. The room and property was very clean and taken care of. The breakfast was good and they had a lot of options. Their coffee machine is pretty cool! Overall enjoyed our quick stay!!

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful especially it being after 10pm when we got there. He was very prompt in getting us into our room as fast as possible. As far as clean, the dining room area, hallways, and elevator was very nice. The room was ok. The bathroom needs exhaust fans to help with the mildew which was everywhere on the ceiling. The main two beds were clean. We had an extra room off in the corner that had a pull out couch and there were fake eye lashes and a rag inside of it so we stripped everything and threw it in a corner and asked for extra which were given to us no problem. Overall, it was a good night sleep.

Staff was great! Couldn’t figure out the television and someone came up to help me even after explaining on the phone. Great service & went the extra mile!

I couldn't access the side doors with the room keys the whole stay. After getting two sets of keys made I just gave up. That was a tad inconvenient. The hotel was clean and my stay was good overall.

Room could have been a little cleaner and the daytime staff wasn’t the friendliest people to ask anything about.Didn’t get much sleep because people above us sound like they were rolling bowling balls across the floor most of the night .

Breakfast was good and free which is a bonus. The room and bed were very comfy. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is a coffee machine in the lobby to grind and make fresh coffee all day. The items in the small consession area are inexpensive and nice when you don't want to leave the property.

This room came as advertised sleeping 6 with a pull-out couch. Compared to another booking this one came as advertised and very happy with our stay
