The very first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby is the carpets need to be vacuumed? After check-in, I went directly to the elevator. Oh my God it was a mess inside. The walls have not been wiped down and I don't know how long. No dirt was vacuumed out of all the corners, the tracks of the door filthy. Once I got up to the second and third floor the car doors needed a good vacuuming. You can tell they have not been had a good cleaning in a while

This hotel is terrible I got charged for the room smelling like smoke when I first checked in I complained and nothing s done but I got charged for it please do not stay here

We got to the hotel at 1145, checked in and went up to the room. When I open the door the room had not been cleaned. Hotel was full no other vacant rooms at that hotel or any near. We ended up getting a refund and driving home. The hotel worker was very nice and it wasn’t his fault. But the whole hotel needed to be cleaned or at least swept.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. My experience was marred by severe sanitation issues, broken amenities, and management that actively deflects responsibility for health concerns. The room (117) had an active ant infestation. By the third day, the ants were visibly piling sand under the AC unit to build a nest. When I reported this, management had the audacity to blame me, claiming it was due to food crumbs. Ants do not build structural nests based on a single crumb; this indicates a long-standing, established colony. When I also found a live cockroach, staff claimed it was just an "outdoor roach" that wandered in—a weak excuse for a clear pest infiltration. Maintenance is also severely neglected: Corrosion: Metal surfaces throughout the room and pool area are visibly rusting and rotting. Lighting: Lamp shades are stained, and many bulbs were burnt out. Pool Area: The pool room was a stifling 100°F+ because both AC units were broken. Management refuses to acknowledge these blatant facility failures. This hotel is in dire need of professional pest control and a total maintenance overhaul. Avoid this location at all costs.

The staff was a bit divided as far as how they treated us as their guest. The lady whom checked us is was very nice untill the next time we tried to check in . She told us we was placed on the do not rent to list because we didn't leave the room till 1:30 the previous stay however I specifically asked for later check out . They also didn't knock on the door or call the room untill then so we didn't know they didn't charge us for the late check out untill then. The young lady that worked not the next day but the next was very kind friendly and helpful tho . I think her name was sam.

We had 8 people. We got the suite which had 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. I loved that there was a divider walk so some could sleep and I was able to do homework while on vacation. Breakfast was great! Beds were comfortable and the staff gave us whatever we needed. They only give 1 blanket and it's thin for couch but other than that no complaints. Definitely will stay again. Price was great as well for the week.

Not a bad location but still 35 min from the beach . Traffic is terrible , clean beds but stained carpet , sofa was broken and dirty , staff was really not helpful , the lady on turn tells us because we used expedia we basically lock to Thant room for our stay, other than that great breakfast and decent pool ! 3 stars i will rate
