When we arrived room lamps and thermostat for ac was not working. They moved us to a different room. In the other room the sheets had not been washed and had been placed back on the bed.

We paid around $102/night, and while I understand this is a more budget-friendly hotel, the overall cleanliness and condition of the property were disappointing. The hotel felt grimy and poorly maintained, and the room itself was outdated and just “fine” at best. I generally felt uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room, to the point that I questioned using the shower and didn’t feel confident that the bedding was as clean as it should have been. On our second night, we also woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke, presumably from someone smoking in another room despite the hotel being clearly marked as non-smoking. I don’t necessarily fault the staff for another guest choosing to ignore the rules, but it definitely made an already disappointing stay worse. Ultimately, this felt like a true budget hotel, and you get what you pay for. If you’re simply looking for an inexpensive place to sleep, it may be fine. Personally, I’d recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere cleaner and better maintained.
