Surestay Studio By Best Western Paradise Lancaster County

Exceptional Staff❣️ The property was clean and in close proximity to many stores & restaurantsI love the gift shop too! There was also such a sense of peace on the grounds n while sitting in the gazebo Breakfast was delicious & filling. The breakfast staff were very nice. The male employee in the breakfast are was taking time to help everyone as well as the ladies were very nice & kind to all N/A

We got an unexpected upgrade!! BONUS!! Location was great also! Breakfast better than what others were offering and ate twice of the 4 days. Coffee maker didn’t work, waited all day for a new one and that didn’t work either. Heater/ac in master room didn’t work and neither did the fireplace😔😔😔😔

Our room was always very clean each day when we returned… Beds made, clean towels. Staff was very friendly.

I’d stay here again. Bathroom needs updating, the tub was a bit stained, but overall it was clean and had, including full length mirrors in multiple places and a kitchenette with a full fridge and freezer! I’d recommend staying here.

Close to where we want to be Nothing

Disappointing

The young woman who checked us in was exceptionally helpful. She went herself to go down and check to see if our room was ready. I wish I asked her name. She might have been the manager. This is the second time we’ve stayed here.

Breakfast is always great.

Great location. Great staff. Would visit again.

The room that we were given, when we arrived was definitely smoked in, so then we were asked to be moved to another role which we were. TV selection wasn’t as good as other best westerns that we have stayed at. The complementary breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice. The air conditioner going on and off all through the night was a problem kept us awake most of the time.

We went with my family and it was fine. Maybe the breakfast options could be better and not very repetitive. Overall, it was a good stay.

There appeared to be some mold on the wall and the room had a musty smell, other than that the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good and really liked the make your own parfait.

The staff was very nice! The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable, looking forward to staying again The staff was very nice! The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff was welcoming but wouldn't accommodate a room change because I booked through a third party (booking.com) The room smelled like mold. It was a hard-to-ignore smell; I couldn't sleep. I brought it to the staff's attention, and they suggested spraying the room. I bought a candle and lit it while I was in the room. I spent most of the time in the lobby and the pool area.

Unclean room shower broken toilet seat broken transfered us to another room once there all soaps and things were empty. Horrible breakfast pools were unsafe with electrical hazards... lights hanging out of fixtures in the pool scared we were gonna get electrocuted. Housekeeping only had new towels but dont replace the linen unless requested...

It was clean, easy check in and out. Great location and helpful front desk. Room was a decent size and very comfortable. Did not give a comforter or quilt on the bed, just a sheet as a cover.

Clean. The staff was helpful and professional and friendly. Great breakfast.
