We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel, and would definitely stay again. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool this time, it looked clean and inviting. I wish we had more time, because we would have had the pool all to ourselves! The free breakfast was a notch above what other hotels usually offer. There were plenty of hot choices offered, such as scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns! Anyway, we'd stay again!

Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up while we were out for the day Staff was very accommodating, also let us check out 1 hour late so my kids could swim

The breakfast was good, eggs could have been better. Staff was pleasant and accommodating The bathroom could have been upgraded as well as a bit bigger. The bugs and nets along the wall way to the room was quite annoying.

I liked that they updated the room. I liked that it was close to the pool. It was easy to get to. It was a motel. You had to walk to the hotel for breakfast. The bathroom sink was located outside the bathroom.

Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, quiet. No complaints

This hotel has a two story annex within walking distance of the main hotel, and that’s where our rooms were I attempted to check in early and two of the four rooms were ready. We all used the two rooms to relax a bit and at 4:00 I walked back to the main hotel to get the other two rooms. They were not ready. The man checking us in contacted cleaning staff and they said it would be another 15 minutes. I waited the 15 minutes and got one more room. We had planned to leave for dinner at 4:30 and time was running out, so I decided to leave and get the last room later. I was expecting at least an apology but none was given. We went to dinner and a show and came back after 9:30. When I finally got the last room, which was for my two sons, they said the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the television didn’t work. They didn’t tell me till the morning so I couldn’t do anything about it. The rooms were ok except for rust spots in the bathrooms. The steps leading up to the second floor were dirty, the railings felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in a year or more. There were places where people had spit on the landings. There were puddles of water in front of the doors by morning which got tracked into the rooms. Not recommended.

We brought up some concerns to the staff and they were very friendly but could not help as they were fully booked.

The bathroom was very small and the room itself needed to be updated, as far as decor.

It was clean and the room was big. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. There is two hotels there and we got confused by which one to check into. I guess the best western plus runs both locations and we kept driving around trying to figure it out at nighttime. It’s really confusing.

Microwave fridge and stove are good, breakfast is very good.

Property was well maintained, room was clean and neat breakfast was wonderful staff very polite and helpful. Stayed in the E building to close to route 30. Heard every vehicle that rode by, especially tractor trailers. Hard to stay asleep.
