The owners were helpful.

Location and price was okay Floors had gaps, the wall had splash marks on it, vanity has water damage, door locks barely locked offering very little security, sink has cracks, water drains very slowly in the tub, shower diverter wasn’t attached to shower wall.

Whomever lived upstairs stomped around all night long, we were tired and wanted to rest. They should be more respectful to others. We have stayed here quite a few times but may rethink it next time.

Very Welcoming The room felt like the 1980s

Wifi was poor at times and varied greatly. The access point is only in the office and at 1 point, I got less than 0.5 mbps in the room and about 10 mbps in the office. Later I was getting 25 in the room.

The location was wonderful, close enough to the local places to visit but far enough away that you don't hear constant traffic. The air conditioner was very loud.

Had usual amenities. Although staff seemed caring and probably had tried to upgrade and clean, there were too many underlying problems: dirty towels and floors, rusty radiators, loose lamp shades, chipped paint on pdoor and walls. There was a general feeling of disrepair, which made us feel less than safe and want to spend as little time in the room as possible. Would not recommend.

The bed was OK and the shower was hot.

Did not hire the room due to condition Many thinks hence cancelling the room on viewing

I liked the location and the readily available staff. It was fairly quiet and comfortable and safe. There was no phone in the room or any breakfast anywhere.

Solo esta bueno para dormir. Las toallas blancas con manchas.

The location was very convenient for our plans. We had a few issues with our stay but ultimately the staff resolved them.
-
it was a good stay. The bed in my room was soft and my back paid the price. I would recommend this motel and have stay here before.
-
There were cigarette burns on my sheets and pillow cases. The towels were dirty and the whole room felt dirty. Didn’t even take out my tooth brush cause how gross it felt. I’ve had nicer stays at a super 8 before and this one is more expensive!
-
Room was a bit dated, dingy. Was cleaned but just needed repairs. Bed blanket very thin. Rough towels. Was one of the cheapest places in the area, so I didnt have high expectations , the area is just expensive. Bed was ok on comfort and i was able to sleep so it served its purpose.

Very good customer service and will work with extended stay if needed

The location was great. Not far from the event and very close to the restaurant. The bed needs to be replaced. We had to position ourselves directly in the middle to keep from falling off. The room had spiders and spider webs on the ceiling next to the bed. We killed two spiders. The room smelled damp. The hot water faucet wasn't working properly. We stayed in it because it was foe one night and we felt that the other rooms wouldn't be any different.

The doors had broken holes..the bathroom vent is falling out of ceiling...there was broken tiles that made the floor uneven...the couch was dirty and hard to get out of...the outlets didn't work...the blow dryer didn't work...the floor base boards were coming away from the walls.. HONESTLY!!! This place needs to be renovated...not at all displayed on the site as honest...very dingy.

The walls were dirty. The toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. Someone stole the batteries out of the remote. Pretty sure the towels weren’t replaced. The only good thing about the stay was a stray kitty ran up and let me take care of it.

But this was unacceptable. The room was dirty (grime and cobwebs), with a mini AC unit sealed with plastic bags. The towels looked like the old ones I keep in the garage to dry my car, and I had to hit up a discount store for a cheap pillow cause there was no way i was using those. I there wasn't a surface, appliance or fixture that didn't need to be repaired, cleaned or both. Oh, and the 'bathroom' mirror was propped up against the wall under the TV
