Sleep Inn & Suites Ronks - Lancaster Area

I like the parking and didn’t like the carpet in the room, dirty and stained.

It was nice and clean. Pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good with waffles and eggs. I would come again if staying overnight.

Easy check in. TV didn't work in the room and the desk manager switched us to another room. Everything was satisfactory. Nothing fancy but was exactly what we needed.

The staff was so helpful and kind, breakfast was always good. Thank you Zack for your kindness. The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again.

Room clean, well stocked with supplies. Pool was not opened but wasn’t going to use it anyway. Staff friendly. Breakfast not that great, except for the waffles.

The Sleep Inn & Suites in Ronks, Pennsylvania, is a hotel I would definitely stay at again. The front desk agents were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend staying there.

Our room was very clean. They came in everyday that we were there. Everyone was courteous and helpful from the front desk to the helpful cleaning staff. We enjoyed the pool and it was maintained and clean. We have stayed there a umber of times and will again on our next trip to Lancaster

It was just an ok stay. The staff wasn’t very friendly. The AC kept turning on and off so it was either warm or cool. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and only 1 switch so you couldn’t turn it off. Only 1 towel each for 2 nights. We go to Lancaster a lot and most places have at least complementary hot water for hot tea or hot chocolate.

The only issue I had were that the pillow on one of the beds had ants on it. I took the pillow to the front desk and they moved me to a different room. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to have a hot breakfast included.

Everything was clean and really nice. The breakfast was good and had several different options. There were not many tables though so my group of 3 went at 7am when breakfast opened and all the tables were taken already. Other than that, our stay was great!

* Visible, spongy mold inside the air-conditioning vent where air was circulating into the room. * Mold growing on the shower curtain and what appeared to be mold around the shower and bathroom baseboards. * Peeling paint and clear evidence of water damage on the bathroom ceiling and extending into the room. * Cracked and deteriorating caulking around the bathroom floor. * Floors that were so dirty that after my friend walked barefoot for only a short time, the bottoms of her feet were black. * Damaged furniture with broken veneer, exposed particleboard, loose trim, and visible wear that made the room appear neglected and poorly maintained. * A toilet seat with loose and deteriorated mounting hardware that appeared dirty and unsanitary, and a broken (but taped) toilet handle. The pictures used to advertise this property did not show the actual condition of the room we received. Based on the online images, we expected a clean and maintained room. Instead, we encountered visible mold, water damage, deteriorating furnishings, and cleanliness issues throughout the room. The difference between the advertised appearance and reality was substantial and left us feeling deceived.

The Sleep Inn was clean, updated and convenient to our activities. Breakfast was a plus.

Was woken up at 2 am by a man pounding on several doors,even mine.I called the front desk,I could hear her but she couldn't hear me.Finally after 20 mins of banging and yelling and the man had toddlers with him,someone came.After that was to scared to go back to sleep.Will never go back again.
