Soudersburg Motel

The room were very clean. The only problem was there was a very strong smell of cleaning solution in the room that caused head congestion. The refrigerator did not seem to be working well and the catch pan under freezer section was completely filled with water. Asked for assistance at front desk. Said that they would get someone to check it out but no one ever came. Staff was cordial and polite. Parking readily available right outside of room, made for easy unloading and loading of the car.

Other than that, everything was fine. I’ll definitely be back to this motel next time.

The motel meet what we needed for a one night stay.

Didn't like that there's a $175 hold on debit card because I wasn't told about that until I checked in and not everyone traveling through has that much extra to play with. I understand it because some folks destroy things but I think that $175 is too much.

They walk in my room for no reason at all while I was naked I asked for a manager they acted like they couldn’t get in contact with him

The front desk was willing and very helpful on correcting the issue, but the family no longer wanted to stay. I was refunded with no issues.

The ac didn’t work, the lady at the desk was rude, she didn’t even get up out of the chair to give me my towels, she scooted across the floor in a desk chair. The walls were dirty, there was hair on my towels and in the shower. There was something from a previous guest in the fridge. Also some one had rolled in the peep hole

The front desk staff was very friendly.The location is very convenient. But the room was in need of serious maintenance. it smelled musty, the access panel to the tub was off the wall. There was no tub stopper, and there were dead flies on the dresser.

AC did not cool very good. Not enough pillows or towels. The inside was very clean.

Good place to stay

this place deserves their highly rated review online. it is so clean and spacious, and most importantly it comes with such a great value. the neighbourhood is great and safe, and it is within resonalble distance to points of interest. Highly recommended.

This is an older establishment but it is clean and well kept and a very reasonable price even in the summer tourist season. It has close proximity to areas of interest. We had a delicious meal across the street and loved the little nearby shops. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I would make for improvement would be with the bath linens. The bath towels were very small and they only included two per room however they are happy to accommodate requests for more.

No shampoo or toilet paper in the bathroom, no cups for drinking. Had to make 2 trips to the office to get stuff for the room. Very bare minimum

Clean enough for one night. Pics definitely don’t match the actual property well. Needs updating.

It's accessible and it's just across the restaurant we go to and close to Sight and Sound.

The building is old and ugly from outside and inside. We found 2 dead insects in our room and the bed sheets were not clean.

The room was clean except towels that were dirty, good location.

This place said they have a pool which is one of the reasons why we picked this place it was still covered with a ripped cover and the pool was green . There were homeless people staying there definitely did not feel safe we walked in and walked out
