Best Western Park City Wichita North

Modern looking and newer facilities. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of lighting and a large room. Close to restaurants and QT. Could never get the thermostat to change the temperature in the room. Luckily it wasn’t hot or cold enough to be uncomfortable.

Cleanliness and location Wifi was spotty to non existent. If I had bit had a personal hotspot via my phone, I would have requested a reduction on the cost of the room.

Clean room

Everything was fine till I notice an additional charge on my card. When I called the Hotel to get clarification I was first told that I would need to email someone to figure out what the charges were for. After some additional conversation I discovered that they charged me an early check in fee. At the time I checked in, just after 1pm, I was not informed that there were any additional fees, no one told me that I was being charged an early check in fee. The hotel employee on the phone told me it was my responsibility to know their policies and clear up any questions and concerns at time of check out. Not sure how I would have done that if I didn't know they were doing it. I asked for a receipt at check out and was informed that my receipt would be provided by the travel site that I used to reserve the room. Very dissapointed and quite frankly angry at this whole situation. Watch your accounts, they will charge you for items you don't know about and then tell you it is your fault you didn't know. Not how business should be done.

Good value for the money. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room could have been a bit cleaner. The soap dish had razor stubble in it and the bedspread was dirty. But overall it was a decent place to stay for the price.

The hotel was a great place to stay for our quick trip. The room was clean and modern looking. The staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed staying there and will definitely stay again next time we plan to come out that way.

There was an opossum running through the hallways and no apology was offered.

Very good

Went to see our little grandkids in Wichita. We needed somewhere with a pool for kids to play. It was also a perfect area to stay to make a day trip to the Kansas State Fair.
