Excellent location, skip the breakfast it’s marginal at best, great quality bed

Clean property, good amenities (nice pool), overall happy with the stay.

Everything was good except the A/C unit kept making loud bangs every 10 minutes . Something was wrong in the ductwork behind the wall. Told the front office but there was nothing he could do. Do not get room 118

Well maintained facility with an excellent continental breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff as well.

The easy access to and from the highway. Inside the building it was clean. Looked like recently updated it. Parking lot was well lit. Arrived a few minutes before lunch to see if can get room so can drop off luggage. The check in guy said there would be a $30 early check in fee. I asked how much was the dog fee that I had one. He acted appauled that I had a dog. He proceeded to state that I didn't mention a dog when making reservations. I told him yes I did. I never encountered a hotel motel that charged an early check in fee. I left and came back after check in. Once getting into room it was hot, temp outside was over 100. There was a thermostat on the wall and a unit on another wall. Messed with them both and couldn't get either one to turn on. The thermostat on wall showed room temp was 72 and went up to 73 while I was trying to figure it out. Usually hotels would leave the unit one but not this one. Went to front and got that guy and he acted like he didn't want to help since I had my dog that he kept an eye on. Guessing it was the owner told him to go down there to figure it out. Arrived at room and he got his master room key out and it would not open the door and asked if this was the correct room told him yes and opened the door for him. He motioned for me to stay out in hall with my dog. He either didn't know how to turn it on or was having problems he was in there a while. It took a while to cool down. The bed is on a metal frame and was too firm for me. There was a chair not lazy boy type that normally find with a tv tray stand desk like to eat your food on or whatever you wanted to do. No carpet in room. At night there was an enough gap around door could see hall light plus the light switch just inside the door had a night light on it that put off light. Those two things alone were too much light for me, have very sensitive eyes even while eyes are closed. Outside the strip between this hotel and next door one had a lot of dog feces and trash. There was more yard area around the other side by Applebees which was next door could walk to.

Clean rooms and really helpful staff. Kids enjoyed the pool area a lot.

We came for a football tournament the staff and the Hotel great stay we will always book here in the future !

Clean room. The ac was loud but other than that a good stay.

Easy location to get to.

The pool was not maintained, there was paint flaking off the floor, and they didn’t have clean towels washed and prepped for the users. It was not clean in the pool room. Breakfast was low in stock or out of food and drinks.

Nothing. The staff is incredibly rude. They were very unhelpful during our stay and were just flat out rude. I watched staff just watch people struggle with doors and trying to get stuff into the building, including us. The cleaning staff were also very rude and acted as if we were in the wrong for trying to get down the hall. Then I checked my bank account to make sure the double charge for the pet fee was removed and it was not. I called up to speak with someone about getting the second charge taken off. The “manager” just said there are no charges here. When I tried to speak he kept talking over me and I got frustrated and said can you let me talk? I asked for a manager because he got very defensive and rude and he said he was the manager. Which makes it even worse and guess what? After all that I was in fact double charged. He stated he refunded the amount but we will see if that actually happens. The hotel itself is fine if you don’t mind being treated terribly. Do not stay here because the staff make anything redeemable about this property terrible. Not worth it. And if the manager is quick to get nasty on the phone for me trying to tell him that I was double charged it makes complete sense why the rest of the staff and rude and unkind.

Very clean

We (my 13 year old and I) booked here last minute because of a diverted flight. The lobby smelled noticeably pleasant, the man at the front desk was friendly and efficient and the rooms were extremely clean (I'm a stickler about checking). Nothing to complain about.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone, clean and very well maintained.

We did have a couple of minor issues. The hot water wasn’t consistent, and while using the iron, the outlet connected to the TV stopped working. We contacted the front desk, and they immediately took care of the situation and accommodated us without hesitation. Excellent customer service made a big difference. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean just small. The sink and mirror were not inside the bathroom but instead in the room by the door. Decent enough just cheaply put together

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the sink and commode were both exceptionally loud.
