Winds Hotel At Crosswinds Casino

The rooms were nice but you could hear the guests in the room above us and the elevator sounded like it was gonna die. There was construction all around the hotel and entry to the hotel was convoluted. My spouse said the bed was uncomfortable, I did not experience that but the breakfast was super minimal, this may be the lack of guests during the weekdays.

Person checking us in was not very helpful. I reserved a room on the 1st floor for my handicap parents and when I brought to her attention she placed blame on me using Expedia to reserve my rooms versus trying to help us. Even after me showing her my Expedia confirmation and request she still didn’t budge or assist.

Nice rooms with a decent hot breakfast

What a great place to stay! The front desk staff were very nice. The room was immaculate with a nice bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good having both hot and cold choices. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Wichita for a boxing tournament with a large family group. The hotel has a very convenient guest common area with plenty of tools to help with dining (outside food) at the hotel. There’s plenty of tables, condiments, plates, napkins, and utensils as well as microwave that can be used. The TVs were very good for watching World Cup games while we were there too :) The location is odd in that it’s a pretty far walk to get to the actual casino, but the hotel does offer 24hr shuttle service available to go to/from the casino. Rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with a mini fridge. The only downsides were that there is no pool and the fitness center consists of a small room with one (1) treadmill :/ Great value for the price, would stay again.

Great, clean hotel option. Very friendly staff and close to Gilley’s for dinner and dancing. I would stay again!

Wonderful

This is a nice, clean hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The hotel still has a new feeling after renovation. The breakfast is not the best, but still good enough.

Very quiet there is some construction going on. But the room was very clean beds were soft. I didn't like that the handicapped shower wasn't an adjustable shower. And I didn't get a wheelchair accessible shower where we can get into shower with the wheel chair to make it easier for a disabled person to enter the shower with out lifting their feet preventing a fall.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay even if it was just one night. The casino was also amazing and we would definitely stay again for both if we travel back this direction. We are excited for the new addition currently under construction so we may make a trip around that time.

The staff is great! Candy was very personable. The breakfast was delicious. We really appreciated the shuttle drivers and security guards who drove us back and forth to the casino. Everything was great!

The television in the room was a bit quirky

Room was clean & modern devices ports. Really plain bare minimum decor
