The room was good, but not what was requested. Expedia did not communicate to the motel that we needed a step in/roll in shower. The room we received had a tub/shower (not usable for a person with mobility issues). Otherwise, the room was very good!

The Tv was not working and we called front desk and immediately the staff responded and moved us next door. This was very much appreciated. Everything else was extremely good! nothing

Good location right off interstate and the staff were really nice. Also very easy to find! The outlets didn’t like to keep the chargers connected, like all the outlets were too loose to hold onto a charging block for a phone

The location was very convenient from the freeway. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

The lobby when we first walked in was kind of sketchy looking. The room was clean for the most part. Breakfast was okay, the waffle maker was broken which is my choice at a hotel breakfast. I wouldn’t not stay there again…but may look for something else next time.

Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner in room was literally falling apart and VERY loud. The front panel fell off, the top panel fell off. The overall experience was well below what we expect from Holiday Inn Expess
