Holiday Inn Express Wichita North - Park City by IHG

The lobby when we first walked in was kind of sketchy looking. The room was clean for the most part. Breakfast was okay, the waffle maker was broken which is my choice at a hotel breakfast. I wouldn’t not stay there again…but may look for something else next time.

Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner in room was literally falling apart and VERY loud. The front panel fell off, the top panel fell off. The overall experience was well below what we expect from Holiday Inn Expess

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well kept. We very much enjoyed the pool as well. The front of house staff was fantastic. The only mishap we had was the cleaning crew coming into our room while we were still in bed. We called in a later checkout at 9:30am to be checked out at noon. They proceeded to knock and walk in and tell us it was after 11:25am. Communication between staff must not have happened.

Easy and fast check in. Friendly front desk folks. The employees were always willing to help, answer questions, and greeting us. The layout of the room was very user friendly. We liked that the vanity was separate from the toilet and shower area. The work desk was nice, good lights and a lot of USB plug ins. The hotel overall and rooms seemed to be newer or recently remodeled. The 'always open' coffee and tea bar was awesome. The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was hot. We would definitely stay again when in Wichita area.

Laurie front desk was amazing I called before that we were late check in. She was so helpful and pleasant.

Initial assigned room hadn’t been cleaned or beds made up from previous guests. Second room needed vacuumed. Room had odor. Window was open. No toilet paper holder.

Everything was nice, staff, room and breakfast was always nice too! Would stay again!

Great staff. Clean beds and bathroom and there were no bad smells. Fresh and clean Was pretty clean but needs some updating from wear and tear. But very acceptable.
