Sleep Inn & Suites Park City - Wichita North

I do want to say that the ladies who worked on the weekend deserve a raise. They were very helpful and very kind. The employee who was a male was very rude. You would ask him questions and would not answer you at all. Besides that i enjoyed my stay.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Nice selection -large and small waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, sausage, yogurt, bananas, oranges, cereal, list goes on. Pool and gym looked nice. We didnt have time in our travels to use. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff from checking in to house keeping were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom seemed clean but after taking my shoes off to go to bed and walking from the bathroom to the bed, my feet were filthy. My feet looked like I had walked from the parking lot to the room with no shoes. They were not black, just a lot of dirt and little tiny black pebble looking things like turf. My first thought was, do they not sweep or vacuum?? Other than that, the sheets and bedding were clean, plenty of towels and amenities. The mattresses were too firm for my taste and the doors were heavy and loud when they closed. You could hear when anyone from up and down the hall left or entered their rooms. Besides the dirty floor, I can live with everything else. Just wanting to make everyone aware of what I experienced in case there is anything someone couldn’t handle.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be.

We heard a lot of noise above us in the evening hours. .. after 11 pm even.. had to contact front desk a couple of times but finally quieted down .. be wary of thin walls / noise. Over all a good over night stay.
