Price and location The AC didn't work, the water pressure was low and the entrance was being repaired

Would only stay here again if there seriously were zero other options. Next time will pay more to stay somewhere else

I really enjoyed staying here. I had friends at a VRBO literally 2 houses down from the Plaza....but I much preferred my accomodations. The property was a little dated. When I would use the stairs to go, you could feel the boards moving under the carpet. The location was really centralized within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!

The staff was super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean The room was so hot at night that no matter how low I put the AC it was unbearable. I chose to come to park city for a relaxing night and I couldn’t even sleep because it was so hot. I had to go to the front desk and ask for a fan and open the sliding door in order to get it cool. Which I don’t think having that door open is very safe since we were on the first floor.

Only downside, was the A/C wasn't very efficient.

Pressure was very low And hot water was sketchy. I moved into another hotel just to take a shower

Kitchen was a hot plate and mini fridge, dirty at that. the Tv remoite had a years worth of crud on it, that i cleaned off. i didnt even sleep under the comforter or unmake the bed both nights. because I didnt trust it had been washed. They only sink had no hot water, it was shut off because the faucet constantly leaks from the hot side. Also in regards to plumbing there was no water pressure in the shower. Now talking superficial items the re-model and maintenance looks like its done by a beginner fit and finish of trim on walls not fit. nail holes everywhere, peeling caulk around bathroom. just all around bad.

The location is great and we LOVED our room!! It was so cozy and just what we pictured for the trip. Nothing. It was great!

Clean property. Friendly staff. Shuttle to Park City Mountain very convenient. Waited not even 5 minutes to get picked up. Hot tub and Sauna were nice. Gym on the property is very basic but not a big deal if you are there to ski. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots and 7/11. It was a good spot.

Impossible to find staff in the evening. No one at the front desk and no one answering the phone.

The room The hot tub was broken again as it often happens. They charged me twice for the room and it caused my bank account to go in the negative. It caused all sorts of problems that I couldn’t spoil my friends…
