Great facility and good location

We had a great experience overall. Staff was really friendly and the place itself was really nice. Will definitely be staying here again.

Also loved the card and bottle of cider waiting in our suite for our 25th anniversary. My son loved having his own space, hot tub and game room on site.

The next day, I came back to find the room still dirty. I called again. The same receptionist said she "put it on the board," but housekeeping was gone. No apology, just offered to send someone the next day, but I was checking out. That night, things took a dangerous turn. When we returned from dinner, there was a strong gas smell in the room. I told my son to stay out/ called the front desk. The receptionist was disturbingly nonchalant, saying someone would come up to turn it off. Maintenance confirmed there was an issue and suggested I request a new room. When I spoke to the front desk, the receptionist said, "Dangerous is your opinion." Gas exposure is extremely hazardous, leading to nausea, dizziness, respiratory issues. I no longer felt safe. packed our things to leave. I'm currently awaiting a refund for the night we did not stay

Nice spot.

Stayed in the summer so it was very quiet. Park city is beautiful and we made good use of our weekend here.
-
It was under construction so I didn’t get to use the pool or any of that stuff but the room was nice and great size felt like I was visiting a friend house by that I mean it was more like a house then a hotel it had plates and everything for kitchen the new construction looked like it’s almost done and will be very nice

VERY SMALL ROOM, BUT WE DIDN'T PAY MUCH. IN PROCESS OF REMODEL. NEW SHOWERS NEED SHOWER MAT OR SURFACE FOR PROTECTION AGAINST FALLING. WE'VE STAYED THERE B4 SO WE KNEW WE WERE GETTING THE MOST FOR OUR MONEY. WE WERE ADVISED THAT WHEN REMODEL DONE, PRICES WILL GO UP SIGNIFICANTLY.

We needed a place to stay for my daughter’s lacrosse tournaments. The hotel is under a major renovation meaning lots of taped up areas and no pool. We knew this beforehand and didn’t mind the mess we were only there to sleep. The room had been renovated nicely and was very clean. The pull out bed was not comfortable. We’ve stayed in other hotels where the beds were a dream but not this one. That’s the only improvement I’d suggest. It was nice having a full kitchen with all appliances we needed. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and accommodating. We would stay here again.

The studio was completely remodeled & in almost new condition. I am giving it a ‘good’ rating because the pool & hot tub are still under construction. Otherwise all else is excellent

The rooms have been renovated and are well done. There is rehab of the spa going on but it did not impact us. I appreciated the shuttle to the mountain and there are some good dinner options nearby.
-
Very Quiet. It could be becuase of renovations and pre sky season.
-
The property is nice and quite. I will definitely be back.
-
The property is under renovation so some areas are an eyesore. The room was partially redecorated and the new items are nice. Half of the knobs in the kitchen and bathroom were missing. Nice new faux-wood tile floors in the room. he bed was comfortable. The $17.50 "resort fee" is ridiculous. Nicer resort style amenities can be found at name brand hotels with no fee. Only charge that fee when the renovations are complete.

Construction and renovation
-
They were remodeling but this was not that issue. The A/C sounded like War of the Worlds during the attack.

I’m sure this property is going to be very nice when the renovation is complete, but it is in fact under a complete much needed renovation. But it was a terrible experience. The staff was very very friendly but from the moment we got there nothing worked. Garage door didn’t work, keycard to the door didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work. We were alerted to the fact that the pool was under renovation but the pool is in the center of the hotel.
