The heater did not work, the toilet ran constantly and no soap. As a result, we did not get very much sleep, affected our vacation. Management stated they would remove the cost of one of the nights. Please confirm if that was done. Heater was never fixed

they did not have access to a gym, treadmill or anything. also the wifi was down, fortunately i didn't need it. Also the check-in process was difficult.

Construction in the main foyer, check in was ridiculous, water heater didn't work, thermostat batteries were dead, there was a smoke detector that had low batteries and was chirping. maintenance had to come to the unit a total of 4 times. BAD EXPERIENCE!

We checked in early & were provided our key to the room. After dropping our luggage & leaving to a dinner, we came back to the room to find a note on the door saying the water would be shut off from 9am-3pm the next day.

For the price, this i a winner. The bed was not that good and check in was crazy

Dated and run down facility. Mold all over bathroom and smelt bad. Kitchen area not clean and leftover, used coffee still in coffee maker with what looked like more mold at bottom of coffee pot. Heater in room did not work so I arrived to a 50 degree room! This eventually was fixed but every time heater turned on it made so much noise it woke me up about 10 times throughout the night so I had a terrible nights rest. The check in situation is ridiculous! I had to walk 5 blocks in the snow with my luggage to a different building to check in. I stood outside in the snow until another guest was nice enough to let me in the door. I called the number listed at the punch code pad but no one answered! Then to my surprise when I entered I had to check in via skype using a tablet! Unreal that there is not a human being to check you in. I think the check in process is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Old and out of date appliances and furniture

ROOMINESS A COUPLE OF BUSTED SHELVES could not get the thermostat to keep the heat down, could be my ineptness
-
Location. Cleanliness maintenance and the lack of interaction with a person.
-
There wasn't anyone on site to answer question.
-
it was cheap and had a balcony There were a lot of people living here, pretty trashy
-
room was dated and dark
-
TV channels were very limited, very dark room.

I'm a heart patient. No air conditioner, temperatures were over 90 each day, staff would not move me to a room with air conditioning.
-
Location was pretty good, and the guy at the font desk was friendly. Took an extremely long time to check in, and the front desk was not expecting me.
