Great location and staff. Food and amenities were also 4 Star Resort worthy. All staff were super friendly and provided white glove service. Bathrooms could use updating, remodeling, at least in my room. The bathrooms were more what you would expect at a 3 Star or less rated hotel. Especially given it is in Park City. WiFi could also be upgraded.

Where it was at. It wasn’t too far from downtown. The fact that the staff were so disrespectful and rude, not only that the manager was very disrespectful. They also tried to double charge me and three out of the four pillows of mine had blood stains on them, and I do have pictures of two of the pillows. They also tried to say that those pillows weren’t theirs and that I brought them with me when all I had was one singular backpack and my face washing bag. There were only two staff that I will give credit to and appreciate his name is Anthony and then there was a younger lady. Don’t know her name, but both of them helped me out so much.

Keep in mind that the breakfast is NOT included!! We weren't the only ones surprised by that. Hotels.com needs to fix the filters on breakfast included! I filtered by breakfast included, so I chose this property. Breakfast is included for a fee not FREE. Property, cleanliness, everything else was top notch.

Where it was located and the staff Anthony The fact that they tried to blame me and my husband for a bloody pillowcase not just one but three out of the four pillows were bloody and when I brought this up to the cleaning manager, she proceeded to blame my husband and say that that wasn’t their pillow, not only that but the nighttime staff Anthony was the only staff that was really nice, all the others were really rude and I told them I didn’t want room cleaning three different times and they kept coming in and trying to clean while I was sleeping.

We would stay again!

Clean and spacious rooms. Great location.

Nice restaurant on the property.

However, amidst the disappointing kitchen was one of the nicest and best waiters I’ve ever had so he made the whole experience much more pleasant. The property was fine and my room was great.

Clean room, nice amenities, nice on-site restaurant. Walls are thin though. Could hear guests in room above ours - walking, moving luggage.

Gorgeous detour around slc for us! The exterior of hotel is dated but inside thoughtful room design and new beds. Quiet dreamy night. Cheers!
