clean, small condo/apartment. Fully furnished. Some confusion about the check-in location.

Fantastic rate with a great room. Could not find check in right away but when checking in, very easy and super friendly staff. While lots of construction, it was still peaceful and beautiful. Easy to park and get around the area.

Everything was great!, only issue we had was there was no backup toilet paper. Very clean, organized, exactly what we needed. Would stay there again? Great location for what we were there for. Beautiful views outside the window

This property is off to a great start.

Supposed to get a queen bed, and got a double, the floor was dirty so my feet were black after just a few minutes with my shoes off. Also, it doesn't have a deadbolt that locks from the inside, so anyone with a key fob could walk right in. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. Still trying to figure out how to get our refund since they said we could cancel but still no refund. Terrible experience.

Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy. There's also a hot tub. The value for what I got was absolutely amazing. When I go back up north to Provo up in that area. I will make sure and stay in this same location in Park City.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Such a good price and cozy clean room. Only thing is the check in process is confusing there is no instructions on which building to go into to or anything so we got lost at some point

Clean room, great amenities, soft bed! If you check in after office hours note that it is easiest to communicate with them beforehand to get instructions on how to get your key. Great stay and nice place. Would stay here again.

Had two rooms booked. They charged me for two rooms and the person I was traveling with for his room. We only had two rooms

Beautiful suite in the off season while on a road trip. Only glitch is having to get there early enough to get the key.

Have to go to a different building to gather your keys for check-in. Not a big deal but make sure you read the instructions carefully or you'll be lost a little bit. VERY disappointed with the room that we got. Booked a queen sized bed for the wife and I. Got a room with 2 twin beds. We could not even sleep together. I took time off work , booked an expensive room for her birthday and couldn't even sleep next to her. Customer service is 1000% non-existent. Could not get a hold of anybody , no check in desk. They have a phone number to call and a text app to use , both didn't mean a damn thing as you never hear back from either one. I got a text message back on Sunday afternoon ( we stayed Saturday night ) saying "we overbooked". Thats it. No apology , no discounts, no explanation nothing. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. The rooms and grounds are nice , but I couldnt even enjoy any of it with the experience we had. Would give -5 stars if it was possible.

Fantastic accommodations with very fine amenities. Highly recommended! It’s become my home away from home while I’m in the midst of renovations and relocations at my current location in town.

Great for families and kids. Very safe and secure. Great value.
