The room was mostly clean with a few spots on the walls, and bedsheets, overall not bad staying at the Hampton.

We were given our room keys and told where the elevators were but nothing cordial about the first interaction. Our ac went out overnight and maintenance fixed it after 2 calls with 10 rings each to the front desk, but there wasn't a bit of an apology...the pool and hot tub looked like it was from a horror movie. The bathroom door was a slider that didnt latch/lock to anything. And the top rated breakfast buffet was a very small self serve area highlighted by lukewarm eggs and yellow country potatoes. We weren't thanked for our stay but i wasn't really expecting that either. I said thanks, have a great day and the front desk clerk just handed me my receipt. We will not be back.

Location and Customer service The sink at the bathroom was clogged. The door in the room got completely locked at night. I could not get in the room with my key neither with the front desk employee.

The room was clean, breakfast was ok, but the spa was luke warm and the pool was dirty looking.

Staff was nice. Hotel needs a major upgrade. The room smelled like urine and house keeping was missing essential. I had to call to get bathroom toiletries.

Staff mentioned several times that renovations were beginning this month but I don’t think that’s a good reason to let everything else operate poorly.

I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns. I usually enjoy them. This was my worst experience. The most disgusting thing was pulling back the sheets on my last night and finding a big wad of hair.. When I mentioned it upon checkout the next day they only said they would make a note of it. Breakfast, usually good at a Hampton Inn seemed rather skimpy.me.I also arrived a bit early and asked if I might be able to check in early, but they said they were unable to accommodate me as the hotel was full.. However, in the two days I stayed there I didn’t see very many people and in fact did not ever see another person on my floor

comfortable beds and great air conditioner!! It was nice and clean throughout the hotel and the staff members we meet were professional and friendly, as well as helpful. we had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we happen to be in the area. 10/10 honestly the only thing I didn't care for was breakfast, and not because of the quality of the food, everything was prepared and displayed wonderfully. It just wasn't the kind of breakfast we are used to.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!! The hotel cancelled our reservation because of what they said was a water issue with NO notification until we arrived..... But from observation, the parking lot was FULL!! We had just traveled 12 hours to get there with no where to stay. ALL other surrounding hotels were sold out... We had to travel 40 min away to find a room. I believe they sold our room and failed to notify us!
