The hallway carpets were pretty dirty, first impressions mean a lot

Whatever the reason, a couple extending their stay or whatever… our rooms were sold. We had made plans related to a specific format, and that was not available. As a consequence, or at least partially so, one of our families got no sleep. The attempt to accommodate, whereas admirable, worked out for us. We took the one family’s child to sleep on the fold out, but then found no towels in the room when my wife stepped out of the shower and had to dry off with a hand towel. Then, our grandson decided to shower, and, while we were having breakfast, we had not made a request for towels yet, and he too had to use hand towels. My phone could not get messages due to lack of service, so we did not get your earlier messages about the room snafu. My proposal is this… a reimbursement for one of the rooms. That would satisfy us, and keep this from being a negative comment on your feed. All that said, your desk staff was excellent! The male night manager was very helpful, as was the morning manager.

The property is poorly maintained. Our room was in disrepair. The window coverings didn’t work. The shower was cracked. Many cracks all around the shower. The staff was nice and friendly. That could not make up for the way the property was maintained. The workout room was OK. The bicycle did not work. There were not any towels to clean the machines with. Overall, I would never stay there again.

Booked a double room with queen beds in it because we were traveling with family. Once we got to our rooms it was a regular room with queen beds. Called the front desk and told them it was the wrong room and not what I had reserved. Front desk told me that they didn’t even have any rooms like that there but I booked it online for that hotel and reason. Ended up getting $50 dollars back and had to cram everyone in this little room. Room only had two towels in there and had to call the front desk twice to get some. Took the kids to the pool to find no pool towels available. Not what they were advertising. Beware before you book

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to get Uber ride to go to stores because stores not within walking distance. I had to handwash my dirty clothes because this hotel does not have washer or dryer.

Front desk, always helpful and accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping, friendly I will recommend coming here again.

Had a great time. Would stay here again.

The only thing the 2 times we stayed the hot tub was cold.

Good location for exploring. No benches or tables outside to wait for rides

I have stayed there twice this year and both times the experience has been stellar

The staff was wonderful. Terry, especially, was great. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it.

The Staff was excellent, the breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean and neat. Love the location too.

Nice room. Good breakfast. Not many gluten free options so if you are gf be prepared.

Chose this hotel for having a hot tub. Never was warm let alone hot. Breakfast was edible but not tasty. Will not stay there again

Our shower was broken but they upgraded us to a suite immediately. Great service. Nice fitness room.
