The parking lot had two cars when we arrived. We arrived early and asked if we could check in early. The hotel person said yes but they would have to charge us $50. We said no because it was empty. We waited in the lobby and read About an hour later (still early) they said we could check in. We stayed here at Thanksgiving and the TVs didn’t work. This time the TVs still didn’t work but they had a sign notifying the guests. This hotel was great when it first opened and still good until 2020. Since Covid they closed the restaurant and it doesn’t appear to have been maintained. I swear the carpet is the same carpet as when it first opened 30 years ago.

We arrived and asked about early check-in. We were told no rooms were available — unless we paid an extra $50, in which case one would suddenly become available. We declined and came back later. We had reserved a Standard Room with 1 King Bed and a sofa bed, which we specifically choose for the extra space and the sofa for watching football. After getting settled and getting ready to shower, we found the TV didn't work. We called the front desk and were told it should be working, despite the fact that it clearly wasn't. We were moved to a second room with two queen beds — no sofa, no extra space, not what we had booked or paid for. Both rooms had visible black stains throughout and what looked like cigarette burns, despite this being a non-smoking property. Both rooms and the hallway had a musty smell. The bathroom tile in the second room was coming off the wall, and the walls throughout the property clearly need cleaning and paint. The mattresses and box springs in both rooms felt original to the building and were extremely uncomfortable. On top of the room issues, the pool and the on-site restaurant are both permanently closed. The continental breakfast, which used to be decent, is now just bagels, muffins, and cereal — no eggs, no protein, no fruit. We won't be staying here again.

The TVs were not in service, I tried to borrow a Roku but the tv was too old to support it. We were staying 4 days and housekeeping failed to clean our room 1 time. I had to flag her down to swap out our towels. The pool and hot tub were not available either. The “continental breakfast” was poor as well.. two of the four days there was no coffee and I ended up making it up in our room. I opened the creamer and it was curdled. The pastries looked as though they had sat in the sun and then placed on a shelf and the oatmeal was about the same as if it had gotten wet and then replaced on the shelf. Had I not prepaid for the stay I would’ve checked out and gone somewhere else immediately however, the time it would take to reimburse my card and book another hotel was not an option. Overall it was not a place I will ever book again ..very disappointed

Showing its age. Although the hotel had plenty of vacancy, I feel Expedia discount users often get the less desirable handicap rooms. Slept ok and overcame the freeway noise the room overlooked. TV was small and old compared to other rooms and had very limited channels. Not a deal breaker, but I thought it odd that housekeeping never came during my 3-night stay.

The hotel was maybe having repairs or in flux. The tv’s weren’t working. It’s a little older property but clean. The open lobby is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. We weee traveling with our dog and meeting family embers. Staff made us feel very welcome and were incredibly friendly. Location cannot be beat! We will definitely stay here again.
