No breakfast and it was hot
-
Room carpet is stained as well as the furniture. Pool and hot tub not in working order. There is a smell of burning plastic with the room air conditioning. Overall wouldn't recommend.
-
Breakfast was a joke if want more than coffee not going to be happy they had a waffle machine but is was broken as was pool, hot tube and onsite bar restaurant closed permanently. Pretty much everything as seemed run down at best

Perfect location, excellent staff, clean rooms Pool was not open, but that’s not posted on any website (booking.com or ihg.com)

The front desk staff was aloof and unfriendly. I had several questions about the hotel and area itself, and I had the feeling I was an annoyance. In the morning we went to the breakfast area, and there was NO COFFEE made! Umm….WHAT??? The desk clerk, who also appeared to have the task of maintaining the breakfast spread, appeared to be running late. We had to wait 20-30 minutes while coffee was made and brewed. We watched several other guests look for coffee in confusion and bewilderment, before informing them of what was apparently happening. The location is good, with several good restaurants nearby. If you’re not big on being treated like a valued guest and don’t mind the lack of caffeine with breakfast, this hotel will do.

Terrible. Filthy dirty. Could not stay. The room disgusting. Pool room dirty and pool and hot tub out of order and appeared to have been for some time. Everything was bad, main ladies room out of soap and paper towels and dirty. My room filthy, no toiletries except conditioner and lotion, not even soap. Waiting for refund on first day of reservations. I was looking for a hotel at 11:30.p.m.! I had stayed before a year ago and really good. Not anymore. Front desk woman was very kind and understanding.

I liked the hotel, but it needs a refit. There were holes in the blackout shades, the carpet needs replacing, and the toilet water fill setup never worked (I had to open it up and push on the water fill stem).
-
The carpet in the room had holes and do many stains. The outside of the buildings is deceiving it looks like a newer hotel until you get to the halls and room such a disappointment . Last visit there for me.

No hot breakfast, no cinnamon rolls. No open gym or pool. Staff was never at the front desk and if you asked twice for housekeeping you get ignored. Maybe the worst holiday inn I've been to.
-
No pool or hot tub available. Place is in decent shape.
-
Room was not cleaned during stay. Front desk staff of friendly and helpful.
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cool and the bed was comfortable. The towels were old and thin, the bath mat was frayed on the edges and there was no soap in the bathroom
-
The pool & hot tub were closed for construction, which were not disclosed before booking as I would have chose a different option. The bathroom sink plugged up, which I was able to keep draining on my own. Then the toilet clogged in the middle of the night, I didn't want to wake my daughter so I waited till morning to notify front desk. I was then handed a plunger to deal with it myself or told I could wait an hour or two for maintenance to arrive. I understand that hotels age and need maintenance at times but this is not the way I would expect a Holiday Inn to treat customers...

This is my first time for leaving a review but this hotel was so disgusting I would like to warn others. The carpet in our room was absolutely filthy as was the carpet in the hallways. There was food visible under the furniture and the edge of the bed. The pool and hot tub were closed “until further notice” and the only breakfast food was a bagel. Due to this experience I will be hesitant to stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.
