Breakfast was delicious. Room was so clean. Pool was so clean. Thank you. The pillows were awful. This is our only complaint. I went to the desk and asked for a memory foam type pillows to offer more support, but the hotel only had the one kind of pillow. This is my only complaint, everything else was wonderful!

Everything met my expectations, with one exception!!! How dare you, Springhill Suits, charge me $5.00 a night to park my car in your parking lot! Shame on you! Pure greed!!! That is an outrage and should be refunded immediately!!!

This hotel is the only hotel I continue to come back to, when in town. It is always clean. Once in the room, you'll rarely hear any noise from outside of it, including from rooms above. It's in a great area of town and the staff are absolutely top notch! Breakfast is always great and I'm not sure what they are paying Heather, but whatever it is, she deserves more! Definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed in Parker for a couple nights while visiting our daughter and her husband, who live in Lone Tree. It's about 20 minutes from Lone Tree, should that be of interest. Very clean and nicely appointed property, safe and convenient. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, great stay overall.

Our room was nice, I liked that after a certain hour you need your key to come inside the hotel. Made me feel safe about not just anyone entering and exiting the hotel. The cleaning staff was super kind and sweet. However, the manager Heather, wasn’t as gracious as the other staff that helped us out. She made us wait for over 3 hours for our room and kept telling everyone that asked that check in was going to be later. I think after a couple hours she forgot about us and we had to ask again if our room was ready and it was. But she never went to check to see if our room was ready, she didn’t ask for a last name or anything, felt like she wasn’t attentive or trying to help us out. That’s the only reason I had chose the springhills hotel because I’ve had great experiences especially the customer service. But this time it wasn’t like that.

Spacious and bright room. Breakfast was horrible. The ac was blowing in my face regardless of the temperature.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at than this one. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and the hotel was super clean. Breakfast was amazing as well.
