Nice property. Clean. Comfortable. But, the breakfast was a complete debacle. I got down there with 35 minutes left before they closed breakfast at 9 o’clock. There were no plates and just a few bowls. The coffee was empty. The oatmeal was empty. There were some dry little soufflé things. But most of the rest of the food was gone. There were multiple guests standing around, waiting and looking for a staff member, but there was no one to be found. I and a couple of other guests kept going to the front desk looking for someone, but there was no one there for over half an hour, nor was there anyone cleaning anything up or putting out any more food. when a lady finally came to the front desk after more than half an hour, I went and talked to her, and she acted put out that anyone was saying anything. All she said was, “I can assure you that he is working on it.“ I went and sat down for another 10 minutes or so and a guy finally came out and started cleaning up what was left of breakfast while all the people standing in there just watched in disbelief. I said to him, hey, you shouldn’t be cleaning up all these people have been waiting here for breakfast, and he looked at me about like he was going to cry and said, “I inherited this. I just got back two days ago from maternity leave. We’re out of food.” so that was it, and everyone kind of just shook their head and walked away.

My sister accidentally left her makeup bag and an expensive set of makeup brushes bundled up in the bed sheets. We were in a rush checking out and didn’t think to double-check the beds before leaving. First thing the next morning, my sister called the hotel to see if anything had been found. She was told that nothing had been turned in. Since she was leaving the country, she stopped by the hotel in person before her trip. The front desk told her that housekeeping had checked three different places and hadn’t found the makeup bag or brushes, but that they would continue looking and call if anything turned up. After my sister called me to let me know they still hadn’t found anything, I called the hotel myself and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager would not be in until the evening. During my call, I spoke with Taylor, who was very kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. She understood how important these items are to my sister and assured me she would continue looking. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to believe that housekeeping didn’t come across the items, considering they were left wrapped in the bed linens. My sister is extremely upset with how this has been handled and feels like her concerns haven’t been taken seriously. Taylor has been the only positive part of this experience, and I truly appreciate her willingness to help.

Everything was good except they closed the pool early before the posted times.

Excellent property in a super convenient location. A brand new 7-11 gas station and a restaurant in the same parking lot. Easy on and off major road but really quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a variety of items. Pool was really clean with pool towels and handicap accessible pool chair.

Kids staying for free was wonderful! They had a wonderful trundle bed which doubled as a couch, which worked perfectly for our grandson. The room was spacious compared to most other hotel offerings. It was also very soundproof between rooms. Having to pay for parking was a real turn-off we’d never experienced before!! The bathroom had a door with full glass (milky, not see thru’) which prevented anyone from using it in the night or getting up and showering early, as the light in the bathroom would light up the whole room and wake everyone else up. The pool was very small…but we had it all to ourselves, so it worked out well! One of the morning staff people was very un-friendly! :(
