Nice and quiet.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but the elevator is in rough shape. It took quite a while to be acknowledged for check in and no amenities information was offered during the check in process. The wifi never worked and the staff was not able to help. The breakfast was a big dissapointment as there was really only fruit, pastries and stale cereal provided (no eggs, waffles or other warm items). While the property is pet friendly, there is no grass or designated relief area for dogs. We will not be back.

The breakfast was hard boiled eggs and cereal or oatmeal. And the eggs you had to shell yourself. That added ten minutes of work especially when they had been cooked awhile ago. The key is to take the shell off quickly or the proteins adhere again. Cant give it give 5 stars but 4.

Paper thin walls and reverberating construction (floor drums) . Hearing multiple TVs and noise well after 11:00 PM on a weekday. Had to change rooms @ 11:20 just to get a reduction of noise for a thin sleep. Breakfast was cold cereal or a bagel. No cooked food.

This is a great affordable hotel in the Parker area. I've been here a few times now and it's always clean. Check-in is usually good as well.

Hotel canceled our reservation because I needed to chage dates by one day because of my surgery. They don't answer phones or texts. And when they finally do they are rude.

Breakfast was bagles and apples. Music very loud. No hot water for 2 days, boiler went out. TV streaming onmy and would not work. Asked for help and they there was no one there that could fixing. There for 4 nights and they basically told us it was no big deal and such it up. If I had not prepared paid I would have left,but they probably would not have known how to issue a refund

This seems to be a fairly new hotel. The room and property were clean and well maintained. It is off the highway and easy to get to. Just businesses in the area around it and not walkable to town. Breakfast was fine and the room was comfortable. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Good for an overnight stay.

The two rooms we had were clean. The issues we had were rude, obnoxious neighbors that were not made to adhere to the rules. We were the ones who had to move to a different room at 10:30 pm. The walls need to be insulated between rooms to cut the TV noise. We were also rudely awakened at 5:30 am by the slamming of the heavy room doors. Ever hear of soft-close hinges? People, in general, are not cognizant of the noise they are creating. Being a Hilton property, we thought it would be nice stay...we were wrong! Very disappointed.

stayed six nights and housekeeping failed to enter our room ANY of the six days— kept getting reassurance after reassurance from front desk staff that room would get clean yet they never did… do not let their low price fool you, do not stay there!

Elevator got stuck for a few minutes before the door would open. Breakfast wasn't ready on time one morning and then it wasn't a very good selection - bagles, cereal and hard boiled eggs.

The room is only cleaned every other day and that is if you remind them. Just be sure to get it cleaned when there. Otherwise above place just no pool or hot tub or outdoor sitting area
