Yikes its the least of sparks i have visited. No breakfast but a dream wall of what could be - as in offered everywhere else.

Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?

The free food was the best part I was in Colorado for one day and the one time I was gonna shower . The shower didn¿t work . I was very disappointed by that and would not be coming back to this hotel .

Location night staff The daytime staff is absolutely horrible. Front desk and housekeeping. Corporate is unhelpful & unable to offer resolutions. Front desk won¿t allow you to speak with GM & GM isn¿t on site and won¿t call you when an issue arises. Literally worst experience

The price and location were great. I did NOT like nor appreciate coming back to the hotel after a day out to find my door open. Unacceptable, period. I also did not like finding a white substance on the blanket. My mini fridge moaned so loud it kept me up. There's more but no space left.

Location Charged us an extra $50 for a "damage deposit", which was supposed to be refundable? We had booked a two queen room but they put us in a a single queen room. The TV didn't work, neither was the ac. After complaining they did move us into a handicapped

Very clean & quiet & great location. Staff was very polite & helpful.

I mostly needed a place to sleep and do some personal paperwork. The desk and lighting were okay. The A/C controls are on the unit, that allow a low speed fan. Breakfast is okay, but no hot eggs/sausage, as some other motels have. Carpeting is worn. Desk chair is not comfortable for long periods of time. Access from street going south isn't optimal.

The hotel was close to where my daughter is staying. When I arrived the night staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean. The hotel didn¿t have a hairdryer so I wasn¿t able to style my hair. I couldn¿t figure out how the shower works so I was unable to take a shower. The picture instructions on the bathtub faucet were mostly rubbed off. No standard lever to pull up.

No refrigerator in the room is my only mention. Everything else was more than adequate.

Great location! The creamer was dated 1/9/22 and we were there on 1/20/22 told the morning guy he didn¿t seem to care. Also no healthy option like any fruit was available. Didn¿t get to eat anything because it wasn¿t vegan friendly, or healthy.
