Old rooms, old school AC units could barely cool the room with 102° out.. The pool and breakfast were good though. Very Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was fantastic

Everything was great! Breakfast was awesome.. room was extra clean.. love the colors of the room.. Except I was double charge for a deposit. The staff wasn’t able to tell me why is there a deposit when I paid the room in full already. I was disappointed but I was too tired to argue.. I suggest put on your website that there will be extra charge when you check in.. thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Free breakfast and parking was really appreciated. The room was very clean, that was pretty comfortable, we slept well. Very close to stores with pretty much everything you need. Excellent Mexican food on the corner across the street.

Stayed here briefly for a concert at the Rose Bowl Saturday night. Everything as expected. Nothing to complain about. Check in lady and other staff were nice. Room was regular, clean, and comfortable. Didn't notice any noise from outside or neighbors. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast is the basic breakfast you get anywhere. Didn't try walking outside of hotel at all, no need.

24 hour check-in, comfortable bed, basic but decent for quick stay. Breakfast doors locked promptly at 930am - understandable for cleaning but no coffee available if late for breakfast.

Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean, TV worked well. usb outlets, more seating for restaurant needed.

Nothing The facilities did not meet our expectations. Once we got into the room, there was a smell of old and moldy stuffs . The bed sheets felt dusty, those were so dusty that my son got an allergy in his face and we are trying to help him out with allergy medicine, the hotel surroundings did not feel safe, the hotel did not have gates and any car could get in without any keys. I called right away to booking to request a refund and did not get any response, that was our worse night ever,

Everything was quite nice at the Best Western, but parking was limited. We could not park near our room, which was somewhat inconvenient.

The place was safe and convenient. The carpet cleaner scent was overwhelming at first. We had to crack the window awhile and use neutralizer. The breakfast was great. The pool was fun. The staff were the best--super helpful. If carpet doesn't bother your allergies, worth the savings. If carpet triggers your allergies, try another place.
