breakfast was a bit weird, no coffee machine in room but really good coffee machine 24h downstairs hotel messed up credit card as was trying to take payment early and without authorisation so was auto rejected so they cancelled reservation, even though the reservation clearly stated "pay on arrival"

The Parking while we were there was difficult as it appears that the hotel is renting out the under cover lot as all the cars were completely covered in dirt. Since the hotel is located under a strip mall area parking was slim. The breakfast food was great a lot of good options. The cleaning staff we encounter were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled clean so that was a real plus. Overall it was a good stay the one thing I was surprised by was to come back and have a cleaning gal in our room. We didn’t ask to have it cleaned so to see people in our room was unexpected. We stood in hall about 15 while she finished cleaning. The pool is small and outdoors but was actually warm enough to go swimming in without freezing.

Main street location near car dealers and commercial area. Breakfast was basic options, but it's free. The parking lot has a ton of Tesla charging stations, so be careful with careless drivers and noisy people charging their car.

The staff and location Fix the doors for the rooms. Some have gaps around the door, someone can see through and hot bathroom.

It was a good comfortable stay and we had a good experience.

Very nice property. I grew up in Pasadena, and the hotels were never this nice.

Liked all. Convenient covered parking, great morning buffer, modern coffee makers, secured elevator to hotel rooms.

This hotel is located near restaurants, big box stores, gas stations, and centrally located for everything we needed to do in the Pasadena area. We checked in without incident with a representative who was kind and informative. We booked the king suite and the room was clean, ample, and faced the mountains so we could enjoy the scenery. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and they were both at a perfect temperature. We loved that there was fresh coffee available 24 hours in the lobby and the breakfast in the morning had so many choices that even my picky husband had his fill. The area was very quiet and the property is so secure that you can't even get up to your room without using your room key to open the elevator. We would definitely stay here over and over. There isn't a single negative element about this property.

The property wasn’t clean . The lobby area was the cleanest but our room felt dirty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the carpet on the floor was dirty .

Manager very good attitude!! POLITE STAFF!! EASY PARKING AND DECENT COFFEE. Ice machines also a plus! Old Tables look like they came from a yard sale over at Pookies Grandma Cousins, Lululemon And The Beds Squeak Like Mice kicking It @ Coachella...Again got those @ Pookies other Cousins crib...but hey!
