Location and breakfast and coffee push carts arent easy to use and the staff at night wasnt really nice

The location of the hotel was great. The parking situation was really difficult in the parking lot because people were always parking over the lines so badly that you can barely get in/out of the car. The TV in the bedroom didn't work at all. On the morning we were leaving, the power went off and never came back on. No one came to the rooms, so everyone had to figure it out themselves. We had to go down from the fourth floor stairs, but that didn't take you down to the lobby. We got down to the lobby and the front desk people were inhospitable and rude. We asked what was going on and only got one word answers. No breakfast today. No explanations, or plans for helping people get out of rooms since the keys don't work, elevator was out, etc. This place is not prepared for problems at all.

front desk is not professional and not patient at all. Breakfast is terrible. lots of noise close to the Main Street.

Easy access to restaurants

The breakfast is always top-notch here, but what was best for us was always the staff. This is the second time we have stayed here in the last three months, and both times we have been here, the staff have treated us like family. The check-in process was fast, and the check-out process was even faster. Also, I realized after I checked out that I had left my watch behind. I called the hotel front desk right away and they did not have anything turned in yet for the morning. They called me back within minutes to let me know that my watch was exactly where I had told them I had left it, and it would be waiting for me at the front desk. Though the watch is not of significant financial worth, the value is in the sentimentality of it and your staff was on it from the moment I called it in. I would call this quality customer service. I don't have anything negative to share.

The floor we stayed on smelled really bad The rooms, they stink. No screen on the windows and the beds were so tiny to share.

Seems like this place is frequented by questionable characters. I got sick with flu after using this hotel. You want to stay downtown pasadena.

Bed frame was squeaky. I left the front desk know for the next guest.

Breakfast was good, as expected for a HI express Saw a roach in the bathroom when we arrived. King suite room not really a suite, there wasn’t a separate bedroom.

breakfast was a bit weird, no coffee machine in room but really good coffee machine 24h downstairs hotel messed up credit card as was trying to take payment early and without authorisation so was auto rejected so they cancelled reservation, even though the reservation clearly stated "pay on arrival"

The Parking while we were there was difficult as it appears that the hotel is renting out the under cover lot as all the cars were completely covered in dirt. Since the hotel is located under a strip mall area parking was slim. The breakfast food was great a lot of good options. The cleaning staff we encounter were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled clean so that was a real plus. Overall it was a good stay the one thing I was surprised by was to come back and have a cleaning gal in our room. We didn’t ask to have it cleaned so to see people in our room was unexpected. We stood in hall about 15 while she finished cleaning. The pool is small and outdoors but was actually warm enough to go swimming in without freezing.

Main street location near car dealers and commercial area. Breakfast was basic options, but it's free. The parking lot has a ton of Tesla charging stations, so be careful with careless drivers and noisy people charging their car.

The staff and location Fix the doors for the rooms. Some have gaps around the door, someone can see through and hot bathroom.

It was a good comfortable stay and we had a good experience.

Very nice property. I grew up in Pasadena, and the hotels were never this nice.
