Great for a short stay. Liked having free hot breakfast. Eggs and waffles. Parking was easy and they have an elevator to get to floors 2 and 3 and has bell hop carts to make loading and unloading easy.

I skipped the breakfast option. Things I would have appreciated being in my room would include a safe possessions, a microwave oven, a notepad with writing instruments. These are items I come to expect having because all the other hotels I have stayed have these items. I was told by a staff member, in a courteous manner, that the hotel across the street from this location probably had those features.

I liked that it was close to downtown Pasadena and the area is quiet. I didn’t like the very compact sized parking lot, it was not big enough and the spaces are tight and it causes a lot of cars to park over the lines and doesn’t leave enough space for all the cars. Then they block off plenty of spaces that could be used for the patrons. Also very scratchy towels, bring your own! The beds are okay, pillows are uncomfortable, showers were decent but pink mold lining up around the door frame and vents are not cleaned out.

The lady at the front office was super polite to me, however my job needed me at 7am therefore I would definitely miss out on breakfast, I needed some essential from the Dollar Tree and my stay was good Next Time I would definietly stay on second floor because of the noisy factor of someone walking very hard, once I turn off my tv the noise stop

Good location, ample parking, reception staff is friendly. My room (105) had a strong smell of urine coming from the carpet and the AC is blowing straight onto the bed, you cannot adjust the ac wings.

The staff was occasionally helpfu, but gave conflicting information about check out. My room was not stocked with soap at check in.

The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was quite plentiful. The kids screaming in the pool till 11pm and no one asked them to stop.

Everything with my room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good as well.
